This remolded 1897 Gem combines turn of the century charm with the latest and greatest amenities. We have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. From the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable mattresses and furniture, to the smart TV and washer and dryer.
Located just 3 blocks from downtown Springfield, less than a mile from MSU and less than 2 miles to Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife -we are close to everything. Included is off street parking in the attached parking lot.

You will be staying in the original 1897 house. 2 other smaller apartments were built on over the years. There is a large parking lot attached to my property so if you need to park something big that can be arranged. Additionally there is fenced in back yard and BBQ Grill.

Guests have access to all of apartment 1, the parking lot, front and back yards and the laundry room facilities.

No contact check-in is available as Guests can enter the apartment with their door code. If you need anything I am always available via call or text and I live in apartment 2, around the corner.

The location is an easy walk to downtown where you can find just about any kind of food, shopping, a coffee shop or neighborhood bar.

Getting around is easy. If you are driving there is lots of off street parking. Public buses and Uber or Lyft are always close by.

There is a queen size bed in the bed room and a queen size mattress and box springs in the living room closet that can be used for an extra bed. There are also sheets, pillows, a comforter, blanket and extra towels in the living room closet.
