Room was clean, microwave and refrigerator clean and working, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than most. The bath however had problems. The water faucet was loose and not connected to the tub and the water control was difficult to pull to start. Tub plug was very hard to use.

A lovely surprise in Springfield, MA but the Staff made our stay so enjoyable. Very welcoming check-in (she dropped the task she was in the middle of needing to complete and hustled over to me immediately) and I'm sorry, but that was one of the best breakfasts I've ever seen a hotel put out and Angel was helping to direct all the patrons with all their questions. Great room but better staff and breakfast!

The hotel itself is very beautiful,peaceful and clean.the staffs are beyond nice and very helpful.the pool wasn’t available because they’re fixing up the pool side but other than that everything else was perfect.breakfast is always good and the hotel is very quite and peaceful.it was my second time staying there and I will be coming back again in July.

One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful.
