The includes breakfast and convenient location is one of the main reasons we like to stay in this hotel. It’s usually pretty clean but the property is a bit dated and could use some updates. All in all a solid choice and our first choice when we visit West Springfield.

Appreciate that you always know what you're getting at a Hampton. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I tend to be a light sleeper in hotels as it is, but was woken by the door across the hall closing (closers on the doors slam the doors a bit if you don't catch it) and the traffic was also easily heard.

The Hampton Inn West Springfield was okay for a short stay. The staff was friendly and check-in was easy. The room was clean, but a bit dated and could use some updates. Breakfast was decent but got crowded and some items ran out. The location is convenient, but highway noise was noticeable at night. Overall, not bad, but not great either.
