  • Beautiful loft located in the Historic River District, downtown Ozark, Mo. The old Bruton drug store built in the late 1800's, was in need of alot of renovation when it was purchased in 2012 from the Bruton family. The now" Market House Cafe" unfortunately is closed and is now a venue for private dinners and gatherings is in the downstairs space, and, upstairs, the place where Dr Bruton once performed surgery, is now 2 beautiful lofts.
    The Lofts are nestled in the heart of Ozark"s Charmimg downtown square, surrounded by the old County Court House, many beautiful boutiques, hair salons, and restaurant's. Picturesque
    and Bustling by day, quiet and sleepy at night. A glimpse of what Mayberry might look like today.
    The Finley River runs through town at the downtown exit where the city park is.
    Ozark is surrounded by the Ozark mountains, the Mark Twain National Forrest, many lakes, rivers, hiking and outdoor adventures.
    PLEASE NOTE: LOFT INSTRUCTIONS AND CODES WILL BE SENT TO YOUR VRBO ACCT. THE DAY OF CHECK IN. THIS IS TO MAKE SURE NO ONE HAS THE CODES TO GET IN WHILE YOU ARE STAYING.

Great space that is exactly as listed, and convenient to local shops and attractions. Wonderful host who is very accommodating. Parking is very convenient and there is an awesome coffee shop called GW right next door. Also, there is a hidden gem called Sands Cafe right down the road that has great breakfast options. You can’t go wrong with this stay.

There was a mixup with VRBO, the host was right on top of getting it straightened out. This unit was very clean, AC worked great. Would def stay again. Very pleased.

The Loft was adorable and perfect for us. We love coffee too and the GW Coffee was right next door to us. There was also a Market Days going on so we were able to enjoy it. The Loft is accessible to many other local food places. We will definitely rent this again if we are in the area again.
