Amazing weekend!

This property was as listed and had plenty of room for our group of 8 including a 3 yr old, 8,9, and 12 year olds. The game room was a welcome bonus the boys loved it.

The home and host were exceptional! The photos were exactly accurate. Everything we needed was there.Accommodated all 9 adults comfortably for sleeping, cooking and visiting. Great location Easy to get to from the airport and back and forth to town.

The inside of this home is adorable and very clean. It is close to the highway which you might keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper. We really enjoyed our stay and the inside of the home is just beautiful and tastefully decorated.

NCHBC stay

We stayed here for the week of the national homeschool basketball championships. This is an older home that has been nicely remodeled. It was well stocked with paper products and all of the essentials and cookware for the most part. We have a big family and so did have to request a larger skillet and larger pot, but those were delivered to us promptly. The property owner was excellent about communicating and being very hospitable. The property was very clean. For our purpose of staying for the basketball tournament, it was about 18-25 minutes to almost every gym location, which was the only downside of the property for the purpose of our stay. It is in a very nice neighborhood. There is some road noise from the nearby interstate. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property.

We were attending a wedding on that side of town and the location was perfect. The house was extremely clean and would stay there again. The only drawback would be the noise from Int. 65. The trees and vegetation help muffle the noise but it is something to think about.

One week stay

We loved this house. Everything was just as the pictures showed. The only issues we had at all were the upstairs shower water pressure and they came and fixed it same day! And the trash didn’t get picked up all week for some reason. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This place was immaculate! It was spacious, clean, and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating for all of us. Our teens loved the game room. I would absolutely stay here again!

Very Clean and Great View

Really impressed with the cleanliness and amenities of this rental spot. It was very spacious and a great gathering spot for friends. Also an amazing view of the James River and sunset.
