We ask all guests to review and respect the following rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for everyone.

No Parties or Unauthorized Events: Parties and events are not permitted without prior host approval. If you’re planning a gathering, please contact us in advance to discuss terms and pricing. Unauthorized events may result in additional fees and possible cancellation of your reservation.

Maximum Occupancy: The Cherry St House has a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. No additional visitors are allowed without prior notification and approval.

Children and Pets:
Children and pets must be supervised at all times, both indoors and outdoors.

Kindness and Courtesy:
Please treat the home with care, be considerate of neighbors, and leave things as you found them.

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors:
Smoking, vaping, and open flame (including candle use) are not allowed inside the home. Battery-powered candles are provided for ambiance.

Pet Policy
Approved dogs only (limit 2). Dogs must meet the following criteria:

At least 1 year old

Fully housebroken and vaccinated

Kept on the main floor and out of carpeted areas

Leashed when outside

Never left unattended unless crated

All pet-related damage must be reported and paid for within 24 hours of checkout. Please refer to the full Pet Policy for more details.

Trash and Recycling:
Dispose of all trash and recyclables in the proper receptacles provided. Bag all trash before placing it in the outdoor bins.

Toilet Use:
Only flush toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, hygiene products, or other materials to prevent plumbing issues.

Kitchen Sink Use:
Do not pour grease or coffee grounds down the sink. Use the designated trash containers instead.

Accidental Damage:
We understand that accidents happen. Please report any spills, stains, or damages as soon as possible so we can address them quickly. Pet-related damage must be reported within 24 hours of checkout.
