“I called before check in to see if I could have a connecting room since we were a party of 5 one night and 6 the other . I was told just to come and never listened to during the call.
Check in was seamless. The room was clean. One room the smoke detector chirping and heat not working right. The front desk investigated immediately. Some newer light fixtures but the room felt dated and all the brown carpet needs to be replaced. The TV was small and one tv had some stations the other didn’t. Room……

“This was perfect for my quick get away. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and the appropriate amenities. I had a slight problem with the HVAC but their on site maintenance staff had it taken care of very quickly.
The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice as well as the restaurant and lounge.
This will be my regular place to stay when I go to the Cape from now on. ”

“Staff was very friendly but during check in I was bothered by another potential guest that made me feel extremely uncomfortable by asking if I wanted to "split a room". I very quickly told them no, and staff just responded in a manner that felt like they were just trying to save their company's reputation. Ok... I get into my room and it's freezing cold. Wall unit took hours to warm up the room and even then the floor remained ice cold for some reason.
Shower definitely needs to be cleaned……
