Welcome to The Springville Casita!
Incredible Springville retreat just steps from the main strip of downtown Springville! Walk to Wild Oak Coffee House for the best coffee in town, fresh pastries, and the most delicious bagel sandwiches, or stroll over to several other restaurants, convenience stores, antique shops and award winning pizza! One minute drive to Springville Rodeo Grounds, and just a few minutes to River Island Country Club Golf Course. Ready for adventure? Drive 45 minutes up to the National Park entrance where you can hike to waterfalls, stream fish, swim, and see the tallest trees in the world! There are several wedding venues in the area, including the White Barn in Springville, making this a great spot for the wedding party to call their home base, or for guests to retreat to after the party. Enjoy wildlife all around from deer to wild turkey. The back patio is our favorite hang-out spot, and includes a mural of Sequoia National Park's most famous peaks. Walkable neighborhood, carport parking, board games, stocked kitchen, and BBQ!
Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole home, fenced backyard space, carport and street parking, WiFi, fresh linens and towels, well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer. Guests may use their own streaming sites to watch TV, or use a provided Netflix account.
Neighborhood
Located right off the main strip in Springville, California, this home is special because it sits just out of the hustle and bustle but is close enough to walk to all the restaurants and shops. Springville rarely gets snow, but if you are heading up to the National Park, you will need tire chains in the winter.
Important to Note:
Due to severe weather during the winter of 2023, the golf course and access to the National Forest are temporarily closed.
Limited National Park access via Three Rivers is accessible. Be sure to plan your activities accordingly. Visit https://www.nps.gov/seki/planyourvisit/conditions.htm (updated Summer 2023)
Wild Animals
Deer, bear, snakes (including rattle snakes which are poisonous), mountain lions, and other critters call Springville and the surrounding areas home. If you ever encounter a wild animal, respect its space, never try to approach it. Insects, spiders, and small animals such as squirrels may also be seen. Please be bear aware, never leave food/food trash outside or in your vehicle.
