The hotel is right on the Dal Lake. The rooms are excellent and very clean. Thr food quality was exvellent. The staffs and there service were exceptional.
A very good hotel to stay at Srinagar. I would recommend this hotel to all the visitors who are traveling to Srinagar

The heritage building is poorly maintained and has a very bad smell emanating from washrooms. On top of this, the washrooms do not even have a ventilation. The location is good, however rooms are not worth the price that they are charging and one should definitely stay away from old building which has lake facing rooms.

Room which was provided under the Expedia booking was dingy and smelly. Bathroom doesn’t even have an exhaust fan. I guess rooms booked under third party apps like expedia are being entertained as any priority.
Staff were not so keen in paying any heed to requests made from room for any amenity.
As a summary room was not worth the payment made.
