- Comfortable and cozy, one bedroom, basement apartment conveniently located in the residential district of historic downtown St. Albans City. Walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants and businesses. Off-street parking is available. Public bus transportation picks up just down the street. Perfect for travelers in town on business or events. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to severe allergies, we are unable to accommodate guests with pets. This is also a smoke-free property. Smoking is not permitted in or on the premises.

Studio 19a is a great value for someone needing a place in St. Albans for a night or two. Though small, the place is cozy, with a comfortable bed and plush towels. It’s a short walk to the lively downtown, and Lisa has a kitchen set up for basic use.

This was a good spot to stay. Easy in and out as far as location. Quiet area,comfortable space. My only dislike was the stairs and a curtain is needed on the door. Overall I throughly enjoyed my stay.

Very spacious and beautiful condo. Not a bad walk to beach and liked being close to dining and shopping. Elevator was a plus with taking all our bags up. Had a couple of hiccups, but Jeff was very responsive. Definitely would stay again.

The apartment is a great stay! Clean, easy access to getting the key, parking space and bed is very comfortable. Easy access off the I89. Would definitely stay there again.
