I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to any family the ac was broken there was 2 chipped drinking glasses were someone could cut there lips There is a hole in the porch the outside porch door handle was broken laying on the kitchen counter the couch was broken there floors were very dirty there's only enough appliances for one person in a 3 bed room apartment the downstairs smelled weird”

“Upon check in the place hadn’t been cleaned but they sent someone to clean it immediately and reimburse a day which was appreciated (we didn’t get settled in until just before 9pm) however that was the least of the issues. The couches are on their last leg, the dining room table felt like it was about to fall apart, the dishwasher was filled with old food and stagnant water, the dishes in the cabinet had a sticky residue, the AC upstairs didn’t work so it stayed between 78-82 and that’s where……

“The property is a great place. 2 upstairs bedrooms and 1 down stairs between the kitchen & living room (stacked washer/dryer shares this room & believe me really don't notice). Dinning room is great for meals & family games. The property is well kept and in a nice quiet location. Family went for walks around the near by WV State campus. Shawnee complex is close by. Since I have family all through the area, this will be my first choice for booking.”

“Cute home right in the river for a good price. Highly recommend. The host responded quickly to any questions and they provided fast help when needed. The area is easy to navigate and there are many parks and things to do all within 20 minutes. We would absolutely book here again.”

“The bungalow was just as described--very clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the park where our 3-day event was held. Easy check-in, and no troubles at all. We would definitely stay here again if the event is held again next year.”

“This townhouse has so much potential, but needs some amenities added to be worth the nightly rate.The location was very convenient to 64 and downtown Charleston, but the townhouse was hard to locate because it did not have the address posted on the front of the building. The townhouse was spacious for our party of 3 and would be great for families, but needed additional cleaning. We were disappointed that the host did not stock any hand soap in the kitchen or bath, how unsanitary. In addition……
