「This is our second time staying at this unit. The bedroom set up is perfect for our small family. The parking situation is very easy and set up so that we could have one visitor park behind us. There is a big dining room and living room area with plenty of space. Walking distance to Thom Bargen for coffee in the morning and Good Neighbors to grab beers is a definite plus. The washing machine wasn't working and the host was extremely responsive and gave me alternate options to get my laundry...

「Loved the location, so many places within walking distance. The unit is beautiful, just as pictured. The outside deck was a favorite spot. Note both bedrooms upstairs, no trouble for us but maybe for some. Would 100% recommend Egilio and this rental」

「We just returned from a 3 night/4 day stay at this 2 bedroom downtown condo. As this was my first visit to Winnipeg and we wanted to be able to get around on foot to see the City, this condo did not disappoint. The location was in short walking distance to restaurants and the Old Market Square. We loved the urban feel of the condo. We had everything +++ we needed (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) and even though it was right downtown, ground floor, the windows were covered with a privacy "film" and...

「Very funky place - great layout - cooking and kitchen facilities well equipped and fun for entertaining」

「Very nice place and location. The door code was not programmed upon arrival and it took several phone calls to rectify the problem but otherwise I was very pleased with my stay.」

「In town for my brother’s wedding. After a full day of errands it was great to have a calm quiet place to myself. Neighborhood easy to access and had everything I needed nearby. Nothing like being greeted by bunnies as you leave the building.」
