“Fire alarm rang at midnight, no announcement and no explanation to guest on what is going on. I called to asked for wine opener n check on my tv setting. No response after I talked to reception even they said they will send ppl over. Housekeeping is unpredictable. They left pillow case on the chairs in my room unattended. Bath tub is dirty. ”

“I particularly searched for car park but they don’t have one, don’t get deceived by it’s name it’s not close to airport, there are flea on bed, makes us itchy overnight ,very unpleasant stay. Air con doesn’t work, and it’s not just bad in soundproof, it is insanely horrible I can even hear the guy in the next room sleep talking ! ”

“Location is most convenient, just opp to Westfield Mall & 5 min walk to train station. The room is of good size with all necessary facilities. We stayed there for near 10 days in between our trip to Tasmania. It will even be better if it can provide some promotional offers ie complimentary breakfast or room upgrade for customers staying there for so many nights like us in future. ”

“Great little place to stay overall. The bed was comfortable, room was clean and staff friendly. The only drawback was the sound of doors slamming shut all night from people leaving their rooms to use the bathroom. I had an ensuite bathroom but others don't. I woukd like to suggest having soft close doors installed for overnight comfort of guests.”

“其實真是太差，最重要是不清潔，廁版上有很多及大片尿，只是蓋上已清潔紙條，實在太過份，最後由我自己清理乾淨。及有蟑螂在房裏。幸好只住一晚。 還有在check out 時，得知其他房沒有冷氣，35度下沒有冷氣，實在不能接受。”

“Hotel is new, clean & well situated however, there is some serious tweeking that MANAGEMENT should address. Check-in was cumbersome & not overly welcoming. A young woman commenced the check-in we were 85% into the check-in when suddenly she moved sideways to another computer to check-in another guest a male took over, we did not know what the reason for her abruptly moving sideways was, & he took over. In our room we accessed the QR code to find options for dining, it listed a vending machine……

“Very clean. Heart of downtown cronulla. Convenient to all local shops. Very good security. Spacious room. Over the top excellent view of the ocean. Breakfast was great. No disturbances. Friendly staff. ”

“The location is far from the central of Sydney. The rooms are small so the facilities are less in the rooms. However, it is convenient that there is a supermarket near to the hotel/motel which is opened until midnight. And also there is a small BBQ area next to the car park. It is recommended if you are not having too much budget for hotel staying in Sydney.”
