“We had a wonderful stay, beds were super comfortable and blankets were amazing. The house was located in the perfect spot for where we wanted to be.”

“The location was very convenient for seeing a Cardinal's game and other downtown attractions, and the price was better than most for a group our size. I don't know what is normal for this neighborhood, but during our stay, we heard gunshots one night and a car horn right outside our window another (likely a break-in, police were there a while) around 4:30 in the morning. There was a strong smell of weed all through our apartment one of the nights we came back. We saw a sign posted a few blocks……

“This is an old building. There is a steep entry staircase, then another one going to the second floor. The whole inside while being clean looks old and dingy. The furniture is rough but serviceable. There is no TV in the living room. There is one in a first floor bedroom and one in an upstairs bedroom, but we didn't try it to see if it worked. The TV they advertised with a gaming system wasn't able to be played because there was no power cord for the game system. All the beds are made with only……

“We enjoyed our stay! The house is well equipped, especially the kitchen. One note for others- it is a split-level house, so there are a few (steep) stairs to navigate. A very quiet neighborhood, just the birds chirping in the surrounding trees.”

“St. Louis received several inches of snow on our arrival day. The property manager called to let us know they had cleared and salted the front steps as well as the back sidewalk and porch. We really appreciated that extra touch of attention. The property has plenty of parking. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting St. Louis.”
