“The overall experience of the hotel was amazing! The room was clean, we did have an issue with the smoke alarm being faulty but they helped asap with the issue. The staff was courteous and respectful, helping out with a dispute with expedia charging for the room and the system with pre-check in charging for the room as well.quick and easy matter to fix. Also the atmosphere was peaceful since we decided to come in during the slower season to enjoy a little vacation from home! 10/10 would book……

“Friendly check in, the cable t.v. wasn't working in my room and they came up immediately to fix it.
The only down side was the amount of ice and slush in the parking lot. It was really slippery and it would be great if they would have a plow clear it out.”
