The hotel is convenient to downtown. The problem was construction that was going on 24/7, even through the night. Should have been aware of that. Check in was ok except we arrived after 4 PM and room was not ready still. Shower had no body wash and there was no sample lotion. Usually, all hotels provide that. Asked cleaning lady for her to refill, but she did not speak English and gave me a hand soap instead. No hot tub either. For the price, it was not worth it in my opinion.

Overall, this hotel is fantastic. It’s in a great location and everything is very clean and new. If I were in the area again, I would definitely stay here. There are lots of things to do within walking distance, and the overall atmosphere is great.

Quiet and beautiful and well located. Yes, clean and great staff. Only negative was the room lighting. The large round “lamp” blinded one. We had to put a shirt over it. Felt like a car was parked between the beds. There’s style when sometimes practical is better. Also the chairs in the bar/restaurant are for giants! We propped ourselves up with pillows. Yes, great style but very impractical.

Things that stood out: The pillows were great, the room was clean, the location was perfect and we could walk to the downtown area, and the staff at the bar was excellent. It was a little disappointing to have all the construction going in next door but obviously not in your control.

I reserved a room with a view, but our view was of a construction site. Also, the bathroom faucet had no hot water. The gal that checked us in, Emily, was very sweet.

The room and hotel are in great condition and the staff was very helpful but EXPEDIA overbooked our original room so instead of having a room with a balcony and king bed we had a room with 2 queens and no balcony but the hotel did comp our parking for the inconvenience. The fire alarm also got pulled in the middle of the night.

Some Spring breaker pulled the fire alarm at 4am. Everyone evacuated to the parking lot until police and Fire dept came. The hotel said have a free breakfast. That hotel has no idea what reputation means!
