It is conveniently located with lots of shopping and restaurants. Very lively at night! We enjoyed the location. The hotel is clean and provides free water bottles daily! The staffs are very friendly and speaks English. Highly recommended!

Good hotel.

Transit is excellent from this location. Room and bathroom was clean. Only thing which i didnt like was the room order. It was a bit packed with a solo traveller with in bag already. Cant imagine with two people.

I would stay here again as it was very convenient as it was a 8min walk to a major train station and being located in Umeda, the hotel has many nearby restaurants and popular shopping places! Our room was much smaller than expected but we still managed.

Staff has difficulty to communicate in and understand English. Hotel has no pick up point for Uber-called vehicle. Noted that the lift is accessible not only to guests but also general public as there is no card-controlled panel like other hotels.

My family and I stayed for three nights. While we really enjoyed our stay, we were very disappointed the air conditioning in our room was not working. We had to keep the windows opened throughout our stay to keep the room cooled, but then that meant we had to put up with the constant noise since the hotel is next to the train station. That was our only negative experience. Our room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located, closed to a train station, shopping and restaurants.

丁寧な対応ではあるものの不親切な印象。アメニティが部屋に準備されていない事を知らせる事無く、エレベーターを案内したり、アメニティが置かれている場所がエレベーター迄の道中にありはするが実際はフロントからエレベーター迄の間に荷物置き場がある等して気が付き難い。更にフロアの汚れ(汚物と推測)があっても指摘しないと気が付かない等、美意識に乏しく、その後の対応が見ていて芳しく無い。(きっと清掃は自分の仕事ではないと考えているのだろうと感じた)お部屋のトイレの下のタイルの色の変色があり、清潔感が乏しいのが残念でした。

ホテル内にコインランドリーの設備がなく、少し歩いて洗濯に行きました。 朝食付きで連泊したのですが同じメニューだったので、代わり映えがあるとよかったです。 チェックアウト後もスーツケースを預けられるスペースがあり、助かりました。阪急梅田駅近で、設備は少し古いですが、浴槽も足を延ばして入ることもでき、十分休めました。
