Perfect Beach Condo!

We had a great vacation on the beach in this condo. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. We were close enough to many restaurants and the beach but far enough away from the crowds. Only 15 minutes to the historic St. Augustine. Beautiful view! And very comfortable beds. Everything you need is provided. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect spot

I was looking for a place on the beach with a pool and this placed delivered. We were very happy staying here. Great view s from the terrace every morning while having our coffee. The pool was clean and inviting. We walked to the St Augustine pier every morning ( 3 miles away). This place had everything we needed for our stay. It was nice having a washer and dryer. We recommend this place .

Lits to do as a family or just as a couple. Condo was licated right on the beach which was convenient. Condo was super clean as was the pool area. We would definitely go again.

The location is excellent. The property is well maintained and the atmosphere is friendly and relaxing. The condo is clean, decorated nicely and has all the conveniences you may need. The outside balcony has great views. We are looking forward to staying here again; it was an amazing week!

We enjoyed our stay - the condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed sitting out on the porch looking out at the ocean. It was nice to listen to the waves when going to sleep as well. Great location close to everything. Owners are very nice.

Most relaxing trip yet

I can’t say enough good things about this property and I wish our stay was longer. Easy walk to the beautiful beach, refreshing pool, comfortable beds and newly updated decor. We enjoyed the beach chairs, toys and umbrella provided. Several excellent restaurants within a short drive. We enjoyed bring close but not too close to the business of downtown St Augustine.

My family had a great stay! The unit is well appointed, the large couch and TV were a plus and being on 4th floor it had a great view! The washer and dryer in-unit is a great amenity. Above all the owner was very responsive and assured everything about our stay was top notch! Would recommend to anyone.

Winter get away

Wife and I had a great stay in St Augustine , unit is up to date , decorated nicely , clean and equipped with everything one needs to enjoy the stay and the whole St Augustine Area. Watching the sunrise and the waves on the beach is a special experience from the bar height chairs on the units outside balcony.

Location could hardly be better. If you miss the turn, you are at the beach! Condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. Ron was very easy to deal with and was great at proactively communicating. I'd stay there again!

Our Second Stay in the Unit

We came back for a second stay in the same unit as our first trip was so wonderful. Once again, the location is spectacular, the grounds well kept, the unit is spotless and well apportioned, and the view from the balcony is terrific. Great pool, great beach access and great location. An excellent way to experience St. Augustine Beach.

Property is well kept and very comfortable , everything we needed was there.We love the location of the unit in the complex as the view from the 4th floor over pool to Ocean is great.The complex continues to upgrade the facilities , the new pickleball court was added since our last stay and we used it a number of times. Tony the superintendent did the best to provide progress reports and upcoming impacts to each unit in an attempt to limit impacts from the current exterior painting project which looks very nice and should be completed in next few months .

Beach renal

The condo in itself was ok. The place was pretty clean. There are something’s that should be noted. The front door lock needs to be replaced. It didn’t feel very secure and the lock was odd and felt loose. A The sliding glass door has a wooden stick used to lock the door. Not sure why it was necessary when you’re on the 3rd floor. The water pressure was definitely light and takes a bit to make sure you get all the sand off. I would of liked to see some instructions on using the washing machine and dryer as just an FYI for some who don’t have that type of appliance. Otherwise the condo was clean, and lots of space. The beach isn’t too far, but should be noted that if you are taking a lot of stuff to the beach for the day, the dunes are a hassle which makes carrying a lot a problem and the only other option is to go out the gate and walk down the road. The pool is nice and clean and the views are pretty!

Beautiful Breezy Days at St. Augustine

This property exceeded our expectations in so many areas! The location was perfect and the balcony had beautiful views with great seating to enjoy evening coffee while listening to the ocean waves.The condo was very well kept, spacious, modern and CLEAN! When you stay at the beach it is almost impossible to keep a condo perfectly clean, but this condo looked spotless. We did not have to do anything but get unpacked and ready to enjoy! The master bedroom was very spacious and there was large closet spaces and room for everything. The beds were comfortable and we all slept very good and that is hard to do away from home. The owner left great directions for everything and also had great communication checking on us shortly after check in to make sure everything was ok. The property has a beautifully decorated complex and pool area . It is gated and safe and was very family friendly. The owner provided big fluffy towels (lots of them), beach gear, and a well stocked kitchen. We were so at home immediately. This was our first trip to St. Augustine and we were so excited to enjoy the beach and take in the history of this beautiful place. I recommend taking the Old Town Trolley Tour and the Ghost and Gravestones tour! My family loved them and had such a fun time checking out so many historical sites and museums. I highly recommend eating at St. Augustine Fish Camp! They had the best deviled crab I have ever eaten! This was by far the best vacation! Thank you for a great week!
