Perfect spot. Walking distance to just about everything Place was clean just what we needed for the weekend. Only thing missing was a dish towel and maybe a dish rack to dry when you wash the dishes Will stay here again ands definitely recommend

Great location quite only thing is needs curtains in bedroom if you like it dark but over all it was wonderful close to everything but not right in it easy to get to can’t wait to come again

My stay at COMFY DOWNTOWN SPACE in St Augustine

The unit was cute and had the necessities. Walking distance to downtown George Street and restaurant and shops. Would have been nice to have a gas grill in the backyard. AC unit noisy and no AC in the bedroom so you have to leave the bedroom door open to get any air. My portable ice machine came in handy as the ice machine didn't work. Other than that no complaints..

Very clean. Accommodating. Shower did have shelf and no safety mat( floor slippery), no soap for shower. No air conditioning in bedroom, had to keep living room unit unit.

Perfect place to stay!

This place is small but cute. It's a short walk to downtown and there are plenty of places nearby to explore. It is quiet for the most part but on Friday and Saturday night one of the restaurants was hopping with activity. It didn't seem to go late though. I would stay again if I was ever in the area.

We were in town for the Celtic Festival, which we have been attending annually for 10 years. It can be difficult to find a hotel for festival weekend so we tried a VRBO. This property checked all the boxes...location...price...clean. wexhavexalready booked

Fantastic location

Located in a quiet spot but walkable to downtown. We thought we would use the bikes provided for guests but found it was so easy to walk everywhere that we never needed them.

Cute Spot Just Shy of Downtown

We were so glad to find this place for our trip to St. Augustine! We were there during the Nights of Lights and it was CROWDED. It was incredibly nice to be able to walk a short distance from the fort and historic downtown to a quiet and clean apartment in a local neighborhood. Carl was responsive and offered assistance if we needed it while we were there. If you're looking to visit downtown, this place is perfect and makes you feel like part of the neighborhood. There were a ton of local businesses just around the corner and breakfast/coffee was only a short distance from there. I couldn't recommend this spot enough.

Great location

The place is only half a mile from the fort and St George street, so for us it was perfect since it’s a short walk to everything we wanted, but wasn’t loud at night since it wasn’t in the middle of all the shops. There are still a few places to eat or get ice cream within a two minute walk though, so it really is a great location. There is off street parking, which is very nice, and the place looks just like the pictures. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place to stay when exploring st. Augustine. Walking distance to downtown and all touristy attractions. Right around the corner from a great pizza place called barillos. Overall highly recommend.

Great Location

Can't beat the location, a little attention to detail could make this ideal. We were afraid to turn on the ceiling fan due to the incredible amount of dirt caked on top the the fan blades. There is a musty smell in the small apartment The table top in the kitchen is not attached, my wife almost to a dive to the floor. The outside area is a mess. That being said you can't beat the location if you wish to walk around the historic district, which is why we gave the positive score. We left a day early for a Holiday Inn express.
