Our pool is open ALL YEAR and heated from April 1st to November 1st.
Free private parking, located in downtown.
We now have an OFFICE with desk and office chair and 1 bedroom with a king bed.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. we are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, PARKING IS FREE on site.
The interior of this upstairs apartment has been tastefully decorated to match the style of the time, but with all the modern conveniences.
including large umbrellas and outside dining table for the perfect meal.

Flat screen TV's in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with a full bath that includes a tub/shower combination.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in which we provide the soap for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils. We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.

So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

The owners were easy to work with. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. The condo was very clean, large, and kitchen was well stocked!! The pool area was beautiful. It was cool during our stay but would be great to use after a day of touring in the warmer months. The location was convenient and quick walk to many restaurants and attractions.

Great location to historic downtown ! Property was clean , great beds and plenty of hot water ! Host was very responsive via online and phone when we had a couple of questions upon arrival. Instructions were easy to follow. A nice setup inside with space for our small family so we never felt like we were on top of each other. The kitchen had all the essentials. The pool was nice sized and easy to share with the other family staying. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location! I traveled with my niece and her friend who are attending Flagler College in the fall. The house was a quick 5 minute walk to campus and just a bit further to St George St. The pool is a beautiful oasis! House was very comfortable and clean. It was a wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Augustine! The host was very responsive and helpful.

The Best Rental We've Had Yet!

I used to live in central Florida and my favorite place to visit was St. Augustine. I brought my husband down last year and we decided to come again this year. I knew I wanted to be in walking distance to downtown St. Auggie and have a pool and this place was perfect. It had 2 bedrooms, but i just ended up using the mirror in that room to do my makeup. It had a small office area with a desk; which is handy if you have things to take care of while you're on vacation. The house is separated into 4 apartments, we only saw a couple of the other couples a few times walking off the porch or sitting by the pool. You wouldn't even know there were other people staying there otherwise. The a/c was cool (the rental we had last year was fighting a losing battle against the heat). Having a washer and drier in a common was nice because they were really large and made doing laundry really easy. Will definitely rebook in the future!

Spring Break

We had a great time in St. Augustine. This property was a short walk to the heart of the city, including attractions, resturants, and shopping. We only had to move the car when we did a quick grocery run other than that, we were able to keep the car parked and walk every where. We will definitely recommend this property to others.

Nice stay

The unit was good for the cost. The bedrooms were a bit small but comfortable. Our only real surprise was that we were on the second floor, which was a bit difficult for a couple of 78-year-olds with considerable luggage. It also made accessing the pool a lot more difficult - down the stairs out the front, around through the parking lot, through a gate, and onto the pool patio. But the host was very responsive.
