Wonderful getaway!

We really enjoyed this property. It was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the convenience of the backyard pool & grill. The pool and house were very clean. Great location, too, short drive to the grocery store, and a 10 min drive to the fort, shops, and delicious restaurants! Would love to go back again one day.

Home is cute, but not five stars

The house looked just like the pictures as we pulled into the driveway. The location is excellent, just a 5 min walk from the beach, and communication from the property manager was top notch. There are beach chairs and pool/beach toys under the stairs leading out to the pool. The pool is beautiful, but I caution future renters about paying for pool heat. The pool heat only runs from 8am to 8pm, and it wasn’t able to keep up with the outdoor temps when we were there so I feel like we wasted $200. Inside, the decor is cute, but some of the wall art appeared to be missing since there were just empty hooks on the wall. The bathrooms, especially the master, left much to be desired. The fixtures were deteriorated and calcified (likely due to Florida’s hard water). While the property served its purpose for our family vacation, we’ve stayed in much nicer Florida properties with similar amenities for less money.

Excellent pool home close to beach and St. Augustine

My family spent a week at this amazing and well maintained home with a HUGE screened sport pool that was the highlight of our stay! Only one block off the beach, close to shopping and just across the bridge from St. Augustine made our stay relaxing and convenient. The property manager kept in touch and we had zero issues. We will definitely rent this home again!

Just as cute as it looks!!!

What a great little house on a quiet little street literally midway between the beach and the bay. A perfectly easy walk to both. The house was immaculate and well stocked. It was so nice to have more than one days supply of tide/cascade/trash bags…… like the regular rentals. Spices and olive oil were a nice touch too!! This is clearly a leave it better than you found it type place! Dani and team were in contact daily just to see if anything was needed. A great management team.

Great location, comfortable home

Neighborhood was great, residential and easy to walk around and ride bikes. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Master bed was comfy. We sat outside in the evenings and enjoyed the weather. We walked to the beach each day and collected shells. Overall, wasa great stay and would stay here again.
