Sea Place - Community Pool, Water View, Walk to Beach Access

We notified 1/29/2026 by the association at Sea Place that there will be water valve work within the neighborhood beginning on Monday, February 16, 2026. The work is expected to take approximately nine (9) business days to complete. Please be advised that water will be shut off daily community-wide during those dates. Work will take place on weekdays only; no work will be performed on weekends. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Beautiful beach home in Mediterranean inspired Sea Place oceanfront community. Fully equipped vacation rental with just 2 night rental minimum most of the year. Updated kitchen & bathrooms, paver driveway & walks, meticulously maintained! There are 3 TVs in the house. We have one in the living room, one in the master bedroom, and one in the queen bedroom. There is only guaranteed parking for 2 cars, one in the garage and one in the driveway. Parking in the street or on the grass is prohibited. The overflow parking is across the street on a first come, first served basis.

This gorgeous lakefront beach house offers beach access just a few steps away, tennis, r-ball, clubhouse & shops, restaurant, grocery & historic district a few minutes away.

Superb Beach! You are welcome to use the clubhouse, pool, tennis, r-ball & gated beach access. The St. Augustine and St Johns County area have a great variety of golf courses for players of every level and skill.

Butler Beach, where this house is located, is known as one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast of Florida. It’s an expansive white powder beach! You’ll find fisherman, bikers when the tide recedes, walkers, surfers, kite boarders, shell gatherers, and of course sun bathers! Further north, 4 wheel drive vehicles are allowed. St. Augustine city center, only 10 miles north, is the most ancient, gorgeous city in Florida...and America for that matter! It hosts restaurants, stunning historic churches, some of the finest art galleries and a myriad of chic boutique shops. The first Friday of every month features an Art Walk, where some galleries even serve refreshments and stay open in the evening. As you walk cobble stone streets you have opportunity to explore history all around you, often hearing church bells. You can sight see through horse and buggy or trolley tours, or just shop til you drop! You will want to return year after year!

Pets and Service Animals: You must let us know if you are bringing an animal to the home, even if it is a service animal! It's important to let the cleaners know. Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee. They must be less than 50lbs each and no aggressive breeds. NO CATS! Please do not allow your dogs to jump up onto the beds or couches. If the dogs are accustomed to being allowed on the furniture at home, please bring blankets to protect the surfaces. If you forget to bring blankets, let us know and we will provide you with some. If you bring a pet and do not tell us or pay the fee, we will charge your damage deposit for the pet fee plus $100 for the unexpected extra services required to clean the house.

The cleaning company provides a limited amount of basic necessities (toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher/laundry soap, etc.) to get you started, you will want to bring some with you. Garbage and recycling must be taken out to the street Sunday night for Monday morning pickup.

We don't offer refunds or reschedule stays during hurricane season, even if there is an evacuation order. Please purchase trip insurance for your stay if this is a concern.
