You'll find yourself smiling before you even step inside the condo, thanks to the beautiful balcony angling to the Atlantic. The kids will probably take off across the big grassy grounds for the oceanfront pool, giving the grown-ups a chance to unwind (perhaps with a glass of something frosty and some tunes!). Put the game on the big flat screen in the living room or for the whole family to watch a movie after a fun filled day at the beach. You can "watch from distance" while relaxing in the sun-kissed Florida air on the balcony!

The kitchen, living room and dining room are all open so everyone can be together but the area is large enough to give everyone their own space. The balcony is very deep and comfortable and offers a table and an outside couch and chair to sit and relax in in the shade. The view from the living room and dining room area all angle towards the great view from the balcony and of course the ocean.

Now, if you're planning to cook "at home" during this vacation, you'll be delighted with our kitchen. Of course, there are lots of restaurants around you but if you do want to cook it is well stocked and has new stainless appliances.

The living and dining areas are open and connected, to keep everyone together having fun. The bedrooms, on the other hand, are quiet, private, and restful. You'll love the master suite, which has a brand-new king-sized bed, its own flat-screen TV, and balcony access. Leave the drapes open and see if the sunrise wakes you in the morning or lay in bed at night and hear the waves crashing in the surf. The guest room also has a king size bed and flat-screen TV and the third bedroom has two sets of custom-made bunk beds.
