The house is an older home which gives it charm and character while walking the wooden floors and turning old style doorknobs, yet renovations to the kitchen and bathroom have brought it up to date. Very clean and comfortable throughout for a small group. A key advantage to this place is that you can walk to almost any of the tourist spots in the Old City from your front porch. Everything is less than a mile so with a decent pair of walking shoes you can explore at will. Trey is very responsive with communication and wants you to enjoy your stay.

Easy access—very clear instructions—1floor living which was nice. Very tasteful decor. Loved the color of the fridge. Walking distance to downtown but far enough away to not hear any celebratory events. Central air was wonderful so we were very comfortable. Nice to be able to chill after time in St. Augustine.
