About this property

Updated and contemporary ground floor corner unit!

  • Welcome to Condo 94, which is a first floor corner unit facing the Lagoon. Our front door is the entrance to our enclosed sunroom where you can dine at the table or even play cards under the stars! New ceramic tile floors greet and guide you throughout the entire living space.
    A new leather sectional sofa and decorative wicker chairs provide ample seating for friends and family. Four bar stools provide seating for indoor meals while six can be accommodated at our table on our spacious patio. The relaxing master bedroom holds a king bed, the first guest room has a queen bed and the second guest bedroom includes two twin beds.
    Both full bathrooms have been newly renovated with glass shower doors, new vanity sinks and fixtures. TV's located in the living room, master bedroom and second bedroom. The roomy outdoor patio faces West on the Lagoon and pool area with a lovely view of swaying palms and landscaping. With just a brief walk to the beach, we know you will find, as we have, that our home away from home is restful, relaxing and beautiful.

Condo was great. Excellent location. Only issue was twin beds in 3rd bedroom were uncomfortablely loud. Like sleeping on plastic. Very noisy. I would recommend replacing the box springs. Other then that we had a great time despite the hurricane. regahuHelee.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I visit St. Augustine in April and we stay at Ocean Villas. Beautiful place and wonderful staff. Our vacations have always been memorable. We are thankful for having the opportunity to rent at such a lovely place.

The owner needs to make repairs to the sunroom. It leaked while we were there after it rained. It was very hot in there as the small a/c unit didn’t work. It could also use a ceiling fan in that room. Overall it accommodated our needs.

Partially updated (countertops and bathrooms), but the unit could use a deep clean and possible remodeling to rid itself of foul odor that couldn't be addressed with humidifier, air freshner, garbage disposal cleaner, scented lamp. Would not recommend this unit until resolved. Would not stay here again.
