“We had a great visit. The room was as described, communication with the property manager was excellent. Check in was really smooth - the instructions were spot-on. The location is very convenient. We were about a half mile from the UAB campus, 3/4 mile from the Art Museum, with a lot of great downtown locations in between.It’s 2 blocks from Railroad Park and Regions Field, and maybe 3/4 mile from Kelly Ingram Park and the Civil Rights Institute. “Had bedbugs in the bed where my 1 year old was sleeping. had to get out of bed at 3am and stay up until i was able to find another stay which wasn’t until the morning. ”

“The pictures online are nothing like the room. We only had 2 tiny pillows on the bed. There was no computer or lamp on the left side of the bed. And the blinds were broken so we couldn't lift the blinds to see the view at all. They did send someone out the next day for the extra pillows. Someone came to fix the blinds and said they will need to be replaced by the owners. We didn't get to see the view, that was the whole reason we got this room. There was also white crusty stains all over the bed……
