「除了用餐准备时间太长外，几乎无可挑剔。 不知道为什么会把酒店名翻译成“象牙”，太误导了。这是奥利芬家族私邸改建的酒店。 酒店很多基础设施，都有150年历史。即便新配置的家具，多半也是安装殖民时期的风格配置的，所以一走进酒店就有穿越到十九世纪的感觉。 入住当天只有我们一行5人，所以两个管家服务的很周到。只是用餐准备的时间太长，从点餐到上前餐花了一个多小时时间，因为现点现做，后厨只有一个厨师和帮手的原因。这难免引起我们的不快，我们的不满弄得两位管家很紧张，反而让我们有些心不安。晚餐虽然准备时间很长，但做的很地道，于是把不满化作感谢，大家皆大欢喜。」

On the day of the checkout, we requested some to-go breakfast and they happily complied. They packed us extra pair of sandwich and a cup full of fruits and some whole fruits as well. 「The hotel view from the rooms is awesome and big rooms and bathrooms. But there's a smell in the bathroom and its not that clean for the price u pay. We had room service and the foid was good. 」

「九日斯里兰卡游，唯一住宿不满意的地方，而且我们还住了两个晚上，房间最糟糕的就是总是莫名其妙的断电，热水器太小，一个人冲凉十五分钟之后就没有热水了！半夜特别冷，虽然给了两床薄毛毯，仍然被半夜冻醒，实在不是住宿的选择！房间倒是干净，6美元的早餐看着也很普通，我们没有选择，强烈不建议选择该酒店」
