There was no trash can in my room when I arrived. The towel for the floor and the have towel in the bathroom had black marks on them. There was only one wash cloth. There was trash on the floor by the nightstand. The charger didn't work on the one lamp and the outlet was blocked by the nightstand. One of the 3 pillows had burn holes in the pillowcase and another had blue ink all over it. The bed want lined up with the headboard (which was mounted to the wall and not attached to the bed). The power button on the remote barely worked. Just used "sleep" to turn it off. The one outside door had shattered glass in the frame. The pool was closed. The staff member at the counter when I checked out seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else.

Heater didn't work and it was freezing.glass on floor in bathroom. Floor very dirty. No towels and they wouldn't take the used ones TV didn't work right .smelled like pot & cigarettes so had to go get candles. Staff was very grumpy & .we left a day early couldn't stay in here any longer .

The property seems nice but after a closer look, its really just a place to lay your head for anight. Be careful though, you might be laying on cloths moths or poorly cleaned linens. Also, if you any airborne allergies be prepared, as the place is super dusty and mold in certain places, like the shower curtain. This property has potential to be a great experience/stay If they would properly clean the place, offer at minimum, continental breakfast and the amenities advertised.

This is an old property that’s not in very good shape. It’s not horribly dirty but not really clean either. The heat in the room barely worked. I had to get a space heater from the front desk and we ran it all night to stay warm. The man who was working was just great. He helped with everything we needed.

Tv didn't work because cable wasn't working, heat did not work at all was very disappointed, Wi-Fi doesn't work and continuously kicks you off, also spotted a few cockroaches crawling across the floor. Stayed here for a little over 2 weeks straight it was all a continual issue.

It's a smoking room with double beds with no ashtray or hangers one bed could feel the springs in the mattress and both mattresses don't match the box springs and the bed skirts have mold on them and the shower curtain has mold on it and I had the heat maxed out and it was still cold. I won't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
