The property seems nice but after a closer look, its really just a place to lay your head for anight. Be careful though, you might be laying on cloths moths or poorly cleaned linens. Also, if you any airborne allergies be prepared, as the place is super dusty and mold in certain places, like the shower curtain. This property has potential to be a great experience/stay If they would properly clean the place, offer at minimum, continental breakfast and the amenities advertised.

It was absolutely disgusting. There was stains on the sheet, pillowcases, towels, and shower curtain. There was rust on the equipment chipped paint everywhere. The furniture looks rough and scuffed up. The bed was so hard I kept waking up because it was hurting my back.

This is an old property that’s not in very good shape. It’s not horribly dirty but not really clean either. The heat in the room barely worked. I had to get a space heater from the front desk and we ran it all night to stay warm. The man who was working was just great. He helped with everything we needed.

Worse than a truckstop motel. Broken tv. Dirty room and linens no heat at all. No coffee in morning and door locks have to be rekeyed daily and sometimes 3 trips to front desk. Worst place i have evver stayed

It's a smoking room with double beds with no ashtray or hangers one bed could feel the springs in the mattress and both mattresses don't match the box springs and the bed skirts have mold on them and the shower curtain has mold on it and I had the heat maxed out and it was still cold. I won't stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

A/c was not working. Linen and towels were dirty with oil and dirt. Shower cutain had mold and mildew. Hallways smelled of weed. Room smelled like cigarettes. Spoke to one of the front desk employees and she argued with me that I was wrong with the linen, towels and curtain and that they were clean. I've worked in hospitality and have never treated any of my guest the way this employee did. Worse hotel I've ever stayed in my life.

If i could give this room a 0 star i would. We checked in. Room was so filthy. Our allergies started acting up. We did not stay. Booked a different hotel. The receptionist was rude and rolled his eyes the entire time. Refused to give us our refund.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Avoid at All Costs

My family stayed at this hotel for two weeks while we were waiting to close on our new home. We chose it because it was more affordable than paying the month-to-month rate at our apartment. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what was advertised. The photos online are incredibly misleading. The hotel is located in a very unsafe area, with visible drug activity and homeless individuals sleeping behind the building. We constantly felt unsafe, especially with people loitering in the parking lot watching guests come and go. Our first room was a disaster—excessive moisture left the floors and walls damp, and there was visible mold on the hangers and shelves. We initially thought our son was sick from school, but after a doctor visit and starting breathing treatments, we realized it was due to mold exposure. The amenities were also non-functional: the microwave, pool, and ice machine were all broken. After reporting the issues, we were moved to another room, but the microwave didn’t work there either. The third room had a working microwave, but the air conditioning was broken—during one of the hottest weeks in Minnesota. We had to buy a fan just to get through the nights. The fridge in that room leaked water, ruining our food, and the room was still damp and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude made an already stressful situation even worse. Ultimately, we left after our last altercation with this manager.

The place looks way different on the internet than it does in real life. There were so many sketchy people walking around. The car ratio to the people walking around the property and the noises in the building was way off. I didn't even stay there. I didn't feel safe. I haven't been so sure in my life that my vehicle and belonging would have been stolen or messed with. I hope this message finds you before its to late.
