查塔諾加聖埃爾莫酒店住宿推介

「The hotel is very close to scenic spots, making it convenient to visit places like Ruby Falls. As it is a pet-friendly hotel, the hygiene conditions may not be maintained. During our stay, the hotel experienced a power outage in the afternoon for a long time, which greatly affected our accommodation experience. When booking the room, the hotel indicated the availability of electric vehicle charging stations, but upon arrival, we found that there were none. The hotel breakfast was very good.The...

「Breakfast was 6-9 with a poor selection. On the weekends it needs to be atleast 10:00 The fire alarm went off at 5:00AM and it was so scary , a microwave in a room on our floor caught on fire . We heard nothing from the staff just people running and the smell of smoke. My husband is a disabled veteran who has PTSD and this caused a huge amount of panic for him. I think the front office could have called and explained you didn’t not have to evacuate but you could if you wanted. Thankfully the...

「The staff was so friendly!!! From front desk to housekeeping to the folks in the breakfast area. Our original room had an issue with the air not working and they quickly moved us to another room. The front desk person even brought the keys to the new room to us --we didn't have to go downstairs. I was traveling with my sister and her dog. She said the dog park that is part of the property was really nice. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast --really good coffee (that is important!) We loved...

「Love this location. New restaurant in the hotel was great!」

「Read hotel is a 10 . But I can only give a 9 at this time . Due to the fact check out is at 11 am . But at 8 am why me and my wife was asleep in bed we was startled and alerted by a young man dressed in black with a clip board. He scared us and shocked us it was embarrassing and shouldn't have even happened being check out is not till 11 am . We called service desk to make sure everything was OK and alerted them of situation . And was told that they was just part of the house cleaning staff and...

「Excellent」

「A very good hotel! We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite with two bathrooms, one of which had a proper deep bathtub. There were also games available in the common area. Two specific things worth knowing: 1. In our suite, the bedrooms had no windows. This was actually a plus in terms of noise isolation, but it might be uncomfortable for someone with claustrophobia. 2. If you're particularly sensitive to noise, complete silence may be difficult to achieve. We turned off the HVAC, but...

「It’s located near everything .」

「Shower was awesome, lots of water pressure. Very convenient to a Logan’s steak house and Walmart.」

「All I can say positively about this property is the staff was excellent. The first room we were given smelled badly like a wet dog. The second room while it had a better smell, several outlets were not working. The elevator call button fell out of the wall. While the staff did take care of all the issues a fast as possible, it was obvious that they were tired of the seemingly endless issues. I have no intentions of ever staying at this location ever again.」
