18th Fairway to Heaven is an expansive 2,692 sq. ft., 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury villa thoughtfully furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The floor plan is spacious, offering quiet and private bedrooms. Whether you seek relaxation or wish to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family/recreation rooms.
Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, this area is a haven for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, discover a network of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, along with world-famous rock climbing and rappelling opportunities. Impressive property
This is a solid offering, nice new place, very good location, clean, nice beds, TV's are nice, sheets, Master Bedroom is well situated away from kiddos, they get the whole upstairs, nice to stretch out. Kitchen Table and Island also invite a good fam vibe as well. I liked it, would stay again for sure.

Perfect Set Up
The property was beautiful and a perfect fit for what we needed. Our kids had fun sitting in the community hot tub and playing pickle ball. We would definitely rent at The Ledges again.

Enjoyed our stay
We had a great time staying at the 18th fairway to heaven. The place was immaculate, warm and inviting. We loved the layout and home decor. It's a quick drive up to Snow Canyon and we enjoyed several different hikes during our stay. This is definitely a place we would like to come back to and I highly recommend it to all.

Family get together
We had such a wonderful time! The condo was clean and had everything we needed for cooking. It’s beautiful..surrounded my mountains and a golf course. We hiked the lavas cars which are 4 miles away. The kids played pickle ball and we played games at night. We would totally stay again!

Worked Out Perfectly!
We had a group of 8 stay here for a golf trip and this house could not have worked out better! The rooms and beds were perfect, enough bathroom and shower space, and plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the views on the golf course were spectacular. I would recommend this house to anyone who has 6+ guests, and the hosts' directions were excellent as well. We had a blast!
