Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing house is a great location. House is brand new and beautiful. Backyard is on the 6th fairway but close enough to the tee box where you aren’t in danger of getting hit by golf balls. All 4 bedrooms have King beds and very comfortable. Kitchen is big and has everything you need to cook or bbq. There is a clubhouse with a pool and spa about 200 yds down the street so you could walk if you want but we drove. Overall I would recommend this place to everyone. We had 4 guys and there was more than enough room. We will definitely be back when we make our next trip up to St George.

It's clear the management team takes pride in making every guest feel welcomed and prepared.The home was again spotless and cool when we walked in — such a thoughtful touch, especially in the late summer heat. It’s rare to find a rental that’s this consistent in cleanliness and comfort, but The Ledges delivers.The welcome binder remains a great resource.Once again, Fish Rock Grill was a highlight, the food and service are still top-notch.Returning to The Ledges felt like coming back to a favorite vacation spot, and we’re already looking forward to the next visit. Check-in was seamless — we received clear instructions via email, including access codes, directions, and house rules, making arrival stress-free.The home itself was immaculate. Everything was spotless, the ceiling fans were already on, and the cool interior was a welcome relief from the summer heat. We didn’t need to contact customer service at any point — the welcome binder had all the information we needed, and everything worked perfectly.We highly recommend this place to family, friends, and anyone reading these reviews.Amenities like golf, swimming pools, pickleball courts, and scenic walking paths made our stay even better. And don’t miss Fish Rock Grill — the food and service were excellent.A five-star experience all around.
