Veiw-topia is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo in the heart of Southern Utah. This newly renovated condo comfortably accommodates 10 guests. With new flooring in the living room, as well as updated light fixtures and a brand new kitchen table, this condo is sure to be a favorite vacations destination for years to come! Mornings will quickly become your favorite time of day at View-topia, as you sip a hot cup of coffee and watch the desert sunrise up over the mountains on the patio. After a quiet morning alone, head out on a quick adventure! Multiple National and State parks are a short drive away, or Downtown St. George is always a great place to shop and have lunch. Come back to View-topia for the afternoon and lounge poolside under the palms at one of the outdoor pools. The kids will love being able to swim, splash around in the splash pad, and play many outdoor games offered by Las Palmas; you might not get them to come back inside! Wrap up the day barbecuing on the back patio, enjoying each other's company, and watching the sunset over the town. After a long day in the sun, make a bowl of popcorn and settle in for a good movie in the living room; with a Smart TV and DVD player, finding a movie everyone can agree on has never been easier. Whether you are lounging by the pool, exploring southern Utah, or taking in the extravagant views; you are sure to have the time of your life at View-topia!

We had a great time! Our younger kids loved swimming in the different pools. Our older kids loved the nearby mountain biking. Plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby, but was nice to also eat in and enjoy a movie as a family.

Amazing time!

We had a lovely time staying at this property. We loved that it was on the first floor & we had an AMAZING view of the city. We enjoyed the pools on site as well. The check in & check out process was a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great get away place

The place was clean. It was fun we played pickle ball and hit the pool/hot tub every day. Our place had amazing views of the valley perfect for our girls trip.

This rental was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, including kid plates/cups, swim toys, super fun bunk beds, everything we needed in the kitchen and more. Highly recommend this to anyone traveling with young kids.

We really enjoyed the condo….was perfect for what we needed it for. It was in a great location close to Black Dessert golf course and Tuacahn. Our only complaint is the big gummy spot in the master bathroom other than that everything was wonderful!

We loved that it was on the bottom floor and that we didn’t have to worry about stairs with our kids. Loved the bunk room and how it had two sets of triple bunk beds for the kids and that you had plastic dishes for the kids to use.

We loved everything about this!! We loved our view, the multiple pool options, bbq grill, clubhouse, close to some fun parks and eating! Loved that it had a washer and dryer in the unit! it fit our family of 9 perfectly! Price was perfect too!! you won’t be disappointed

Spring break

I was really grateful our host was flexible. Our kids got sick a couple of days before our scheduled stay, and they were willing to let us trade weeks if needed. We ended up going, and my kids really enjoyed it. The multiple bunk beds were nice and I loved the view from the patio. They had a helpful selection of kitchen items and the pool options were great. Thanks for making it a happy spring break!

I booked this for all the amenities for my grandchild. I was moving my daughter and her family of 4 down to St. GEORGE. We ran out of hot water and they came and fixed it the same day I called. The only downside was the clubhouse closes early. But we enjoyed our stay very much.

Cozy and Comfortable

This condo was just right for my family. I really enjoyed how the floor was situated. The bedrooms were tucked away at the end of the hall and the living area was open and easy to maneuver through. The kitchen was very functional to work in. Had a big window with an awesome view of the Saint George area! We had a short 2 min walk to the pool with oodles of fun in the pool! Thank you for opening your home to us! We made happy memories!

okay but disappointing by Las Palmas standards

We've stayed in 6-8 units over the past few years and this was the first to disappoint. The "patch" over the hole in master bath tub is kind of gross and the mouse droppings, bait station, and ultrasonic repellents are just evidence that it needs a little work. Otherwise easy check in/out and quiet stay.

I’d stay again.

The place was good with 2 exceptions. The master bed was very comfortable but the other queen was not comfortable. There was a problem with cockroaches. We killed a couple. Need to call an exterminator. Other than that, we had a great time!

Great for the price!

The area of the condos was super nice. Easy access to the family pools that were heated, which was a must. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, especially all the extra towels, I loved that! Exit directions were fast and simple. The only thing that was a little annoying was the master bedroom TV wouldn't change channels so it was just stuck on the news, we mostly watched TV in the family room anyway so it wasn't the worst. And the master tub didn't have a plug for the little kiddos to bathe so we used the hall bathroom. Other than that it was a nice place to stay, I would definitely stay there again!

Long weekend

We were overall happy with the spot we stayed in, I enjoyed the location, the kitchen, the size of bedrooms and the cleanliness. I was disappointed in the master tub and shower, the tub was patched up at the bottom and it made it look and feel gross, and it didn't have a stop for the drain so if someone wanted to try and take a bath they were unable. The sheets for the master bed wouldn't stay on the bed themselves and every time we would move the sheets would come off making it very annoying. The lights were mainly all LED lights making them extremely bright and harsh. The place we decent overall though and we would stay here again with those couple of small changes

Quiet Condo

Our family liked our stay overall, but encountered some issues during our stay. The air conditioning was not working during the first part of our stay and it was quite hot. When I reached out to management it took a second time reaching out to get a response. We were told to replace batteries in thermostat and then it began working. Additionally, the queen bed in the guest bedroom (in our opinion) is very uncomfortable. It is loud and squeaky, in addition to just being an uncomfortable mattress. We let management know and hope the owners consider replacing this for future guests. Other than those two things, we enjoyed the location of the property and the affordable price. And though we didn’t get to visit the pools they looked nice.

A little buggy

For the most part the place was ok. However we did have a roach problem. We found one in a sink. I notified red sands. They came and sprayed. However we continued to find roaches every morning they were not quite dead. I had to pick up multiple roaches and flush them down the toilet throughout our stay. I have stayed at many different Las Palmas places and never had this problem. However this unit is on the bottom floor so that could have contributed to the problem. We couldn't get moved to a different unit, and we couldn't get a refund so we made due. I couldn't afford to lose the $ and get a new place. We were actually happy to go home after this. I won't ever book this unit again.
