Great home for large group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our time at this location it was great place for a family reunion. Plenty of activities for all ages, we enjoyed the hiking at Zion and Snow Canyon. . The home was large enough for all of us to spread out. The pool area was a bit small so if there are several families there weren’t a lot of seating. The golf course looked beautiful unfortunately we did not play but hopefully next time. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. Having the restaurant close by was nice to grab a quick bite to bring home. We all loved the home and would definitely recommend it to friends! Thank you for sharing your home.

Amazing home and golf course!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been using vacation rentals of some kind for over 10 years. The communication that I received here has been the best. Texts before and after check in to see if I needed anything was great. But, because everything was great, we didn’t need anything. We had three couples so we did not utilize all of the space this place had to offer. But with 5 bedrooms, I would recommend this place for 5 couples. We used this place for a golf outing. We golfed at Wolf Creek ( little over an hour ), Copper Rock (45 min ), Sand Hallow ( 40 min ), and the Ledges (we stayed on the course ). We we pleased with the drives. So this place served as a great headquarters. I would book again with this company.

Family Reunion

We had a small family gathering to kick off the Christmas season. The house was perfect! We had plenty of room and the large kitchen and dining table was the perfect spot for visiting, eating, and playing games. The views were spectacular and gathering around the fire pit at night to stargaze was amazing. We will definitely be going back and would recommend this property to all our friends!

Best Ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was easily the best overall rental property we've ever visited. It was clearn, very nicely decorated and included every little thing you could ever want in a rental. The only unfortunate thing is that we want to rent it again for two weeks, but it has now been taken out of the rental pool. Fortunately, all the other Ledges properties we've rented are quite good... although this was the best!

Comfortable home for 5 couples

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of five couples who met in St George to attend a couple of shows at the Tuacahn Theater. The property management was very helpful in suggesting a property that would meet our needs. This home was a great fit for us, as every couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. There were plenty of areas for us to gather in smaller groups, and we could all comfortably sit at the table for meals and card games. The kitchen was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. It was a little too warm for golf, but we enjoyed the fitness center and pool. We're hoping to be back next year!

Beautiful property, but property management poor

Our family of 12 loved this property. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly want. The rooms were large with lots of natural light. It is a great property. However, I don't believe the property management is doing the owner any favors. It took 24 hours and lots of calls to get them to send someone qualified to fix the non-working air conditioning--this in 110 degree heat. they kept saying, "just wait a few hours" when we told them it was blowing hot air. There are a lot of dust on furniture and cobwebs around the place, this despite paying an extra $250 for "cleaning". The patio furniture had bird poop all over it and obviously had not been cleaned before we arrived. If I were the owner, I would be unhappy that I was paying a management company to provide such poor service to my customers.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful home. Great location, clean, accommodated our group of 9 ranging from ages 6 to 68 perfectly. The kitchen was great. We have a couple people with food allergies so we do a lot more cooking at home as eating out can sometimes be challenging. It was a great space and the double ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators was a bonus! The kitchenette in the room with the private entrance was great as it also allowed us a separate space to prep and store items. We spent a lot of time at the pool which was great and close to the house as was pickle ball. In the house the whole group loved the basketball shooting game and we had several competitions. The game cabinet inside was also great. We all agreed one of the best places we’ve ever stayed and would highly recommend! We did several of the National parks (Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce) and it was a great home base to come back to at the end of the day. Snow Canyon was right in the backyard and we enjoyed hikes and horseback riding there too! It truly exceeded our expectations!
