This spacious home includes comfy sofas, chairs, and flat-screen TVs! The dining room table is large and can seat up to 10 easily with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve your family's favorite meals. There is an electric Traeger grill on the deck for great cooking options!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas.
