Top Floor, three Bedroom unit in Estancia. Newer complex with trails out your door for biking, hiking and ATV riding. Estancia is perfectly situated next to world-class golfing, best in state spa, Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park and Sand Hollow Lake.
Estancia offers a resort style pool, pickleball and basketball court.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, deck overlooking the pool, and a barbecue grill to enjoy a beautiful afternoon. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom.

Free parking and trailer parking across the street.
10 minutes to several grocery stores and restaurants.
8 miles to Snow Canyon State Park.

Great Place
Love the space. Cleaning fees high considering we cleaned all the house, but it was a great space for our family. kitchen better stocked than any other place we have stayed. Would stay here again, but longer to offset cleaning fees.

Family vacation
The condo was nicely decorated. Everything was updated, bathrooms were nice, appliances were newer. Had an issue with smoke detector beeping, needed battery replaced. It was too high to reach without a ladder. The owner was easy to get ahold of, we had to wait 5+ hours for maintenance to come fix. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay! Great location to national parks.

Wonderful Getaway
This condo was perfect for our long weekend in St George with our 3 children! It was clean & spacious, & the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed, & there was so much space to cook & prepare meals. Kirsten was very quick to respond with a few questions I had before & after our trip. She even had something shipped to us that was left behind. We would definitely stay here again!!

A little more direction for checking in would have been appreciated. Specifically, we should have been informed of the Buliding number, and that we needed to press the "enter" button after entering the PIN to enter the residence.
