Large 14 foot long SWIM SPA professionally maintained and heated until May. Usage fee is an additional $25 per night and can be added when booking.
SPA RULES… please shower before use, keep spa covered when not in use and please wear hair tie. NO Parties or unauthorized guests allowed in spa or on property without Host consent. Please refrain from spa use after 12pm.
PETS ARE WELCOME! please include number of pets in booking as well as the pet fee payment of $25 per pet, per night, when booking. The property has a fully enclosed and secure yard, so they can run around but please be in the yard with them.

Please be respectful of outdoor turf landscape, Aviary, and Catio.
2 Kayaks are available for rent for $40 per day. Please include this in your booking. IF YOU ARE WANTING JUST A ONE NIGHT STAY, I can accommodate this during the week but not on weekends… just send me an inquiry before you book and we can make that work for you! 💚
