Unsatisfactory

The unit was as described but not clean. The floors were particularly dirty. One bunkbed was held together with plastic straps (not usable not safe)! The swimming pool was badly in need of cleaning and treatment. Debris around the pool and in the pool.

Disappointed

Two of the bunkbeds were unsafe for anyone to climb the ladders. I contacted the property manager within a couple of hours of arriving at the property. They told me they would have someone there the next day. No one came to fix the problem. The property manager never contacted me to update me when the beds would be fixed. They were not fixed during our stay. I had two grandchildren that were excited to be able to sleep on the top bunks. I told them they could stay there the next day. But, of course they were never able to sleep there. If we hadn't had a couple of people back out the day we were leaving for our trip, we wouldn't have had enough beds for everyone. If they property manager was unable to get someone in to fix the problem, I should have been told. I believe the property manager was already aware of the problem, as there were parts for the beds located in the garage.

Nice place

The property was in a nice location. Big enough with plenty of beds for a cousin meet up. Had everything you need to use. Nice that individual ac was in each room. Pool is small so crowded if more than a couple families there. Con was cleanliness. Felt dirty. Found a few live cockroaches. Didn’t feel as clean as other places we’d stayed before. Because of that not sure we’d stay there again.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

11 adults 9 kids, no problem! Great vacation! The kids loved the pool. Would highly recommend for anyone!

Dirty unit

This unit was filthy. It hadn't been vacuumed or swept, there were hairs on the floor in the bathrooms, dirt on the counters, black dust on the ceiling fans and the bedcovers and sheets were dirty. I did reach out to the property manager and they were quick to respond and bring us clean sheets. Except the first time they brought them there were dirty black marks on them, so they brought us more that were not the sizes we needed, but the third time we got what we needed. We also had to request additional cleaning supplies as not enough were provided for our length of stay. There were not many pots and pans either. The reason we chose this unit is because we had a large group, but the kitchen only had the bare minimum supplies. I would not recommend this place to anyone which is unfortunate as it is in a nice location. I wish we could get our cleaning fee refunded as it was obviously not cleaned prior to our stay.

Almost 5 stars

Condo was great, plenty of room for our family. Owners responded with our check in issues quickly. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but had one issue. I wish I would have paid more attention to the fees when booking. $1200 in taxes and fees!! We've stayed in many vrbo condos over the years and never come close to this amount. Just be aware of the extra cost. This added over $200/night to the cost. That's pretty steep!

Fabulous

The house was beautiful very comfortable. It sleeps a lot however, there were not enough bath towels for the accommodations that a Jacuzzi just did not work the first three days they got them working the last night which was great.
