Nice place

We had such a great time! The house was very comfortable,cozy and we really enjoyed our time there. The kids enjoyed the games! Definitely we will come back we want to try the warm pool. During our stay was raining and was very cold for us. Highly recommend this place!

Great Vacation

There was plenty of room to easily accommodate our two family group of 8. It was a bit cool, but that did not deter the swimming, hit tub or pickleball. There were plenty of games in the home for times when it was too cool and windy yo be outside. We have stayed in this location before and will be back again.

Relaxing and Inspiring Long-term Stay at Ledges

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed there for two years in a row, over a month each time. The property is more than adequate with more beds than I can easily count and a full kitchen that allows for a home-like experience. The balcony is large and inviting and a great place to watch the stars. The beds and furniture are comfortable and commodious. Our guests always love the place. My only complaint is the closeness to the pool. I don't particularly like hearing the families out at the pool, which I can do when the sliding door is open, but it never seems to bother our guests, and it all closes down by 10 p.m. I am sure we'll be back.

Great time!

We really enjoyed the area, the house was clean and fresh. The extra space was awesome. The family loved the pool, and pickle ball courts. So close to Snow Canyon, we would come back again.

Perfect St. George family getaway

With a great view of the pool and the benefits of an end unit, this home is a perfect family getaway. The arcade games and included toys were a hit, and the unit is beautifully furnished. There is easy access to both St. George and Snow Canyon and plenty to do at the resort itself. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great place to stay

The location is amazing, right in the entrance to the subdivision and backs up to the pool and pickleball courts. Lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. Maybe could've been a little cleaner and we wish the BBQ grill was working. Other than that, it was great.

Get-a-Way at Greenwind

We had a great time at the Greenwind property! There was plenty of room--3 different bunkbeds--so everyone had a bed. We were a little surprised to find the upstairs balcony door open when we arrived and the ice maker didn't work in the fridge, but everything else was just like the photos. We used the BBQ, which worked great and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay!

It was so beautifully decorated, very clean, great amenities with the pool,huge hot tub and pickleball courts just steps away! We had two families equaling 13 people and everyone had a comfortable bed, besides the large gathering area that gave everyone plenty of space to spread out. I would stay here again in a heart beat!!!One more big bonus, It was about a 5 min drive to snow canyon, where we spent one of our days exploring!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at the Ledges, just outside of St. George! Clean, modern, plenty of space to gather, and plenty of beds for 2 families. We were right next to the pool and pickleball courts, which was nice. Also, Management came by the first day because they had noticed that we didn’t have a griddle in the kitchen. So they bought one and dropped it off, which was so helpful for the breakfasts we had planned! The Ledges is a great location, just above St. George and close to Snow Canyon. We loved our stay here!

Beautiful condo that actually sleeps 16!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful, clean and roomy condo. We could open our door to hear the kids at the pool, but no traffic passed our door. There are actual beds for 16 people. Cable TV, Roku and Wifi included. Several gathering areas, well-stocked kitchen. Our family had a ball!!! My kids said the only thing they recommend is more towel hooks upstairs for those in the dorm area. We'll be staying there again!

One fell onto my head as I closed the curtains, then one crawled across my foot while I was in the bathroom a different night. We counted up to 6 spiders we killed while there. Not sure if something can be done about this, but 6 plus spiders is a bit too much. The washing machine might need a deep cleaning. It has a really bad mildew type smell so we didn't use it unfortunately. I also noticed some better dusting could be done as there were some cob webs.Overall, it was so a great place to stay but I would recommend those things above to make it excellently amazing to stay at!

To pricey to stay with roaches

Pros: Location was overall great and the house is spacious. Cons: Remote control for garage door was dead. Cleanliness needs a little work. Sheets in master bedroom were dingy. Pool towels were in the dryer we had to search for them. The smell when you enter wasn't inviting I had to open windows to air it out. The stovetop buttons are broken so you don't know if gas is on or off, this is very dangerous. Also I had a crawling baby and the worst of it all was we found a couple of live roaches during our stay. Gross! When I brought this up to management all I got was a "thanks for informing us. We will get the house sprayed." As a renter for the amount of money we spent I expected a more apologetic approach.
