Downstairs, you will find a master bedroom with an ensuite and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen space. This kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could want when preparing a meal for your group away from home. When you head upstairs, you will find 2 more bedrooms, including a second master bedroom with an ensuite, before you head up to the 3rd level loft. This upper level boasts a full pull-out sofa, a pop-a-shot basketball game, and a beautiful rooftop deck to enjoy those Southern Utah evenings outside. Feel free to bring the little ones along, who will love a wagon ride over to the resort pool or around the neighborhood!
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. The home was clean and tidy. Everything was easy to find. Location is great and the lagoon is the best. We had so much fun swimming and relaxing in the warm sun. Definitely plan on coming back a third time.
Cleanest property we’ve ever stayed in! Close to the lagoon, pool, and hot tub. Condo had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to add some blackout curtains, but we bought sleep masks and that took care of the problem. We were all very comfortable and had a great time, would definitely stay here again!
Lots of space for us to spread out and to sleep. The stove worked one time for us. When we went to use it to make gravy the next day, it would not turn on. We read the directions and tried many times. This we could not make gravy for our turkey dinner. The water pressure is terrible in the bathrooms. There is not much warm water either. Would we return? Probably not. It’s a very noisy unit, the kitchen is a one maybe 2 human space to cook and prep in. You can hear people on the third level on the bottom of the unit on the first level, not to mention the neighbors that surround you. We had a super fun time in St George, but the unit we chose to stay in was not a highlight for us.
Good property with excellent management/communication. No last minute surprises or problems. Also appreciated attention to ensuring access & necessities for the community amenities.
Our recommendation would be to look at livability options. Try to maximize stairwell storage room to provide more space in bedroom closets for personal bags/clothing (with smaller room sizes) and potentially having a larger, family oriented, lounge area upstairs. That said, these finishing touches didn’t takeaway from an overall positive experience. Would rent with this property ownership group again.
We really enjoyed our stay and feel like this location will be booming in the near future. Lots to do in a close proximity. The unit we stayed in was very clean and certainly met our needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
