A beautiful condo on the ground floor in Las Palmas Resort, Building 20. Perfect for families, couples, seniors and those who enjoy a quiet view of the desert mountains.
Enjoy our pleasant 3 bed/3 bath condo located in building 20 at the Las Palmas Resort. This condo has a very open floor plan. Each bedroom has a TV, as well as the living room with the option to watch DVDs. Stream your favorite shows after a fun day in the sun. Our kitchen provides all major appliances accompanied with utensils and sits right next to the dining room with a family table as well as more seats on the bar of the kitchen for extra sitting. At a glance you will see the sliding door that leads out to the patio that has room the family to eat, play games, or admire the incredible view that the vast mountains of the Saint George Valley creates for us to enjoy.
The master suite has a comfortable KING size bed with a large bathroom attached, private entry to patio, TV/DVD, and ample storage space for your personal belongings. Bedroom 2 has a QUEEN bed with a private bathroom and bedroom 3 comes with 2 TWIN beds ( no bunks) and a bathroom across the hall. 6 sleep comfortably with the option to rent an air mattress or pack-n-play for the extras in the family.

Place was super clean, sheets and pillow cases smelled fresh and clean, our family appreciated it being a little “throwback” with vcr etc. perfect place to take family. In addition the location is great, back patio so nice, pickleball courts and pools and playgrounds. I like it so much I hate leaving great review because I want it more available for me to rent in future!! Great property to rent, great communication with ST George Rentals

Family vacation
Great place to call home while on vacation. Great kitchen to cook in, great space to enjoy visiting with family. We look forward to renting this unit again the next time we are in Southern Utah.

Huntsman
I was there with three of my Huntsman volleyball teammates, all of us are 55+. We loved the condo, it was well appointed, clean, and the instructions were clear. The view is nice as well. We've stayed in other units in Las Palmas and Estancia before, so we mostly knew what to expect, but the master bedroom was bigger than I expected. We own a condo (my wife Tammy and I), so we took care of the place like it was our own. I don't think you're missing anything as far as necessities in the unit for your guests.

Amazing!!
This is an absolutely amazing condo. It was decorated beautifully and in great conditions. Kitchen was stocked with lots of plates, glasses and utensils. Nice club house and many pools. We would stay there again in a second.

Wonderful place for Thanksgiving

Best Place in St George!
Having 3 bedrooms is one thing but to have 3 bathrooms as well make this unit EXTREMELY functional. The home was stocked with everything you can think of and the walk out patio with a beautiful view gave us some great lounging experience. I hope to stay here again
