The grandkids loved the swimming pools. The Ninja Grip gym and roller skating rink right next to the property was a plus, too.

Enjoyable Vacation Rental

This was a beautiful condo with quick access to pools and pickleball. Had everything we needed to have a great stay. Only reason it wasn't a 5 star in cleanliness was because there was some crumbs on the top bunk so we washed the sheets before using that bed. It was reported to the owners. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Nice place for families

This is a nice place for families. We came for a soccer tournament, and it was nice to have all we need to cook meals and for entertainment. The beds were very comfortable, and very clean. We didn't use the swimming pools, but we could see families there. They have N indoor and outdoor pool. It is not a fancy place, but comfortable and clean. I would stay again.

This unit severely needs updating! The sofa sags so much that the frame digs into you legs! Very clean property, just way past time to replace the furniture!

Exceeded expectations

First off the property manager's communication was on point. They were quick to respond and quick to take action the best they could. We had a few minor issues that they resolved almost immediately and one that wasn't a fast fix they kept me up to date on and apologized repeatedly for the inconvenience and made it right. It was a perfect place for our family including two little ones. We felt very safe and the location to the amenities was perfect. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay that much easier. We would highly recommend renting from St. George Rentals, you won't be disappointed.

Property needs some updating

It is a good property, but definitely needs some updating. Entry door gets stuck despite entering correct code, likely due to the bolt on lock jamming. The main shower head needs to be replaced, it is like showering with a hose. Everything else was as expected. Also it is always fun when some random neighbor causes your kids out for just being kids and running around and playing catch in the front yard space haha.

We stayed their wile on vacation for spring break , 2 kids an 2 adults ! Few pros - huge thing was the a/c worked amazing exspecially for St. George heat , the bunk beds for the kids was really fun for them , the kitchen has basic dishes a cook wear which was a nice touch , having a kitchen saved us a bunch of money ! Out side it’s next to a huge event center which was a close walk , the large pool with the slides is actually heated so even late at night it was awesome for the family ! Cons - the estate its self was pretty run down, elevator the halls every thing was kinda dirty feeling , the room its self was pretty out dated an every thing was cheap from the furniture to the toilet paper , shower pressure was barley enough to clean your self. bathroom was just old . Bedroom furniture was old . Huge thing is the master bedroom the tv is mounted an the tv box is just hanging from the tv no shelf or wall mount just hanging their at head level by a cord so your would hit your face on it at night , we ended up unplugging for safety reasons . The missing tile in the kitchen . For the high price point , the room doesn’t not reflect that unfortunately. 3/5

Everything great for the price. AC worked well. FYI, this place is dated! If you don’t like traveling back to the 90s, then don’t stay here;)Wifi was horrible and couldn’t get assistance to fix it. We’d stay here again, but would need to make sure we have wifi working.

Very Run Down

The condo was very dirty and outdated. The carpets and furniture were very dirty, and it was very evident it hadn't been vacuumed in some places. The electrical outlets will hardly hold a plug in them. One room with access to the balcony, the sliding glass door was broken and wouldn't open (fire hazard). The other room with a sliding door was very hard to open. The bathroom door had a space large enough that someone could see through the door. I've stayed in Los Palmos before and loved it. This was very disappointing.

Nice adequate place

small, clean, older, property with all the basics. A solid 4 star rating. For me to give a 5 star rating, a property has to have some extras to make it stand out as better than the required.
