The apartment was not vacuumed when we got there, and there is a sewage smell that comes and goes from the laundry room (which is in one of the bedrooms). We bought a bunch of air fresheners, and it helped. The main pool area was really cold, which wasn't great for spring, but the other pools were manageable.

Condo is dated and not as clean as we would have liked. We vacuumed the floors and bought air fresheners after we arrived. A few of the chairs were broken when we arrived (one patio chair and one kitchen chair). Water pressure in the showers was super low. Soap dispensers in the showers were empty when we arrived. On check-out day we went to pull off the sheets, as a courtesy, and found a bunch of hair on the mattress cover underneath our sheets (gross). St George and Zions are amazing - we’d just pick to stay somewhere else next time.

There was a sewer smell upon arrival. We had to pour water daily down p-trap of washing machine to keep smell at bay. A few pillow cases were dirty. Broken patio chair and broken kitchen chair were inconvenient since it is a 4 bedroom and we expected more seating. We’ve stayed at Las Palmas for 20 years and this wasn’t our most comfortable stay. Unit needs a deep cleaning and repairs.

The views and location of this property are amazing! We loved the choices of pools and other amenities at the resort. The condo itself could use some updates- the bathrooms are very outdated yet functional (water pressure was very low in the showers and the toilets did not flush well). We did find that the condo could have been cleaner (found garbage under the beds and on top of the fridge). They provided an iron but no ironing board, which we needed. Also no kettle for tea. A single cup coffee machine (ie Keurig) would have also been useful. The magnificent sunrise and view of the mountains made up for what was lacking, however, and we had a wonderful stay!

Overall we had a good stay at this property. There was plenty of bedrooms for our family and the large couch was good for watching a movie together. The beds were comfortable and the amenities of the resort were fun. We liked having lots of pool options. The check in was easy and the host responded to texts.That said, I am not sure we will stay here again. The condo itself was nice with the exception of a few things that the host needs to improve on. The condo is advertised to sleep 10-12 people but there were 5 forks, no teaspoons (only large spoons) and lots of knives. We had to wash silverware and eat in shifts to accommodate this. On the 2nd day we ended up eating at the table, discovered that the chair was coming apart. We put it to the side. The dining table was very wobbly and seemed like it could fall apart soon. The closet door in in bunk room was off the rail. The handle on the deck door was hanging on by one screw. A shelf in the master bedroom was also hanging off. These were all things we could live with but seemed like maintenance should have fixed before we arrived. I reported them but never had anyone come try too remedy it. Especially fork thing should have been taking care while we were there.As for the property- keep in mind this condo was built in the 1980s. The water pressure is slow if 2 people take a shower at the same time. Also the hot water runs out quick. Bedding could be updated. Baths need an update but were clean. More towels.

Nice place, could use some updates

Overall this was a great stay, the units are just a little older and while there have been lots of updates there are still some that could be made, especially in the bathrooms. Someone's dirty socks were still under one of the beds which grossed us out a little. The shelves in the lazy susan in the kitchen were very dirty, enough so that we didn't want to use any of the items that were stored there. Additional dish rags and towels in the kitchen would be helpful too, and not white ones. We were only there for a long weekend and dirtied what was there within the first couple of days. I can't imagine being there for any longer with only two dishrags and two dish towels. But check in was easy, the unit was comfortable. The resort was awesome. Loved the pools, pickleball courts and club house amenities.

Spectacular views!

This was our first time in Utah and it did not disappoint. The condo was in a great location and very easy to get to with a lot of on site amenities. We will definitely come back.

Clean 4 bedroom!

We love las palmas and this 4 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 10. Everything was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a couple of folding chairs in the closet to be able to add around the dining room table so that it can seat more than 6 when needed. Loved our stay!

pictures are deceiving

I thought the property was quite run down. The pictures made it look almost new - the bar stools were broken and quite beat up = we could not even sit on them Two outside chairs were also broken. Many chairs at the pool were not useable either. Towels were limited had to ask for more. Not enough wine glasses for 4 people either. I was very disappointed

St. George Adventure

We loved our stay at the resort. The condo was clean, and we really enjoyed the amenities the resort offered — pools, pickle ball, hot tubs, chess, and basketball. We were close to so many amazing parks and trails - it was our first time in Southern Utah and we definitely want to return! Our only recommendation is perhaps a few more towels - with showering and pool time, we were constantly washing towels to keep up with demand. And the furniture outside could use a little TLC However, we loved out stay and these minor inconveniences were quickly overlooked. We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo for big family.

We had a great time. Prices were good and the unit was well maintained and stocked minus a ice cream scoop. We had a great stay and the beds were comfortable and the indoor pool was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation spot

We stayed here for a family reunion. We had a great time hanging out at the resort. It had so many fun things to do that we didn’t even need to go anywhere else. The place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here

girls trip!

we had four adults, two teens, two kids and a baby! We all had great space, comfy beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. Close to the pools! The HUGE couches in the living room were a dream for sleeping and watching movies. View from the balcony was beautiful, facing out to the bluffs.

Awesome weekend with family

Renting this condo was very easy. It was everything we hoped for. Large apartment, comfortable beds and sofas, fully stocked kitchen, lots of fun things to do at the Clubhouse. We loved the pools and pickleball courts. We loved the Disney channel. The BBQ grill was huge and clean but we didn’t have the chance to use it. When we needed extra towels and a couple of light bulbs a call to the manager quickly took care of. this. We loved apathetic 411 and highly recommend it for large families The only thing that was a little problem was the washer and dryer in the bedroom which could only be used when the couple sleeping there was up. Lots of cleaning supplies. Bring your own soap and shampoo
