Perfect Family House

Everything we needed to spend Thanksgiving together as a family! Everyone was comfortable with private bathrooms, comfortable beds, and there was something for all ages to do. Great location too!

Perfect place for a large family reuinion

We had 25 people ranging in ages from 1 to 67. Everyone had a great time. The home is amazing. Comfortable beds, a huge common area, a great deck and plenty of parking. The water park was fun all of the kids and parents…they could get enough. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Home

Spent an amazing weekend with family! Perfect place for grandchildren. Such a beautiful large home. Got a call from everyone attending this weekend and they all said it the best fun they had. Granddaughters favorite room what what they called the house room.

The Best!!!

Overall the best VRBO in St. George, this place had everything. Beautiful place, clean and comfy. Close to swimming pools, Tuacahn and Harmon’s grocery store. Loved it! I will definitely book this again.

This house was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Lots of things for people of all ages to do inside and out. David was a wonderful host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Planning on doing this again next year.

Fall Family Pre-Holiday Getaway

We needed a place for all of us to be together yet to have separate spaces for naps and free time. 10 adults and 3 kids. This VRBO property was perfect. The kitchen was large enough for us to make meals together and enjoy. The large table fit us all. The family room and LARGE couch allowed us all to watch movies and football together plus play games. The pool and private hot tub were huge wins. There is a large grocery store just down the road. A little far from a Target or Walmart but still doable. Very close to Tuachan and Snow Canyon. We would stay here again.

Awesome place

We had a great time at this home and we loved our stay. Lots of space and is well stocked for a large group. The inside living space is large and spacious and the outside area overlooks the kids pool area. We loved that we could sit outside and watch our kids swim. There is no walk out gate to the swim area so you have to walk around the block but it is close and it wasn't a big deal.

Great basecamp for hiking adventure

Let's face it, you're probably not ready for the good times you're gonna have here. Not only was this an ideal, centrally located base camp for various outdoor adventures, but also a great spot to throw a cookout. The grill is professional grade, and patio area makes for an ideal spot to BBQ. The owners were fantastic! Super responsive for the one issue we had (internet router needed reset). This place is set up to entertain. We will definitely do a more kid-oriented trip so the adults can relax while the kids hit the splash pad and lazy river!

Rage cup

This was the best place we have ever stayed at. We had a lot of people, but it didn't ever feel crowded. They had plenty of everything we needed. We were able to play games at night all together in the large family room. The kitchen was totally amazing with plenty of plates, cups, utensils, etc. They even had an extra fridge in the garage. I can't say enough about the fun basketball shoot, pingpong table, bikes, and toys in the garage. My grandchildren loved being there. The property people opened the pool and splash park the weekend we were there, so were able to enjoy those fun activities. The weather was perfect so we ate outside on the patio a lot and grilled and even ate scores at night. We will definitely come to this property again and I highly recommend it for large groups. Best place ever!!!!!

Great property.

We had a great time. There was plenty to do for the everyone. The younger kids spent a lot of time in the Lazy River and the splash pad/slide area. The rest of us enjoyed one anothers company. A great time was had by all.

Best rental ever

Perfect location near the water, large comfy family room, SO many other places to sit in groups, lots of games & scooters & things to keep kids busy AND the best stocked kitchen rental I’ve ever stayed at. All the pots & pans, Pyrex, utensil, plates ( both in and outdoor!) and ( insert angels singing here) a cupboard with common spices, a little sugar, a little soda, cornstarch….all the stuff that’s so annoying to buy on vacation! Also, beds & extra beds & towels for days. Extra fridge in the garage. It was large family heaven. We were 17 people, with 9 kids under 10, and had the best time

We had a blast. The place is even better than the pictures! And Dave responded to all my questions so quickly!! Also, the AC worked haha. In many houses we stayed at that has been my biggest complaint, but this one worked perfectly.

This is the best property in the local area. Excellent access to the common pool area and only covered pergola covered patios facing the pools. Excellent for a family gathering.
