  • Life's Good is a stunning 1,812 sq. foot home featuring 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This luxury villa is tastefully furnished with all the upgrades you could desire, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The spacious floor plan ensures quiet and private bedrooms, providing an ideal retreat.

    Whether you seek relaxation or plan to immerse yourself in the surrounding landscapes, find comfort in the contemporary-style bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in one of the two family rooms.

    The Ledges of St. George is the perfect destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Just minutes away, explore a network of hiking, biking, and ATV trails, experience world-famous rock climbing and rappelling, and take in breathtaking views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains that surround The Ledges. Life's Good promises a perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty for a memorable stay.

This location was wonderful; we were right across from the pool and jacuzzi. We love that the pool had a shallow area for our three-year-old so we knew she was safe. Loved all the stars that were visible at night, too.

Great condo right to the side of the 18th hole of the ledges golf course. Also right across street from pool and hot tub. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a spot to rent in the area.

INCREDIBLE location!!!! Golf course, quiet, pool courts right there to walk over.

Everything I expected and more

This property was just as I expected based on photos and reviews. Clean, well-kept, well stocked. Excellent communication. Great location on the 18th hole, across from the golf club. If I had to come up with something, the only thing I found lacking was lotion. It's quite dry in St. George and I forgot lotion. Something I noticed, in November, the sun doesn't hit the back patio at all, and the balcony doesn't get much sun either, just due to the orientation of the home.
