Pool and pickle ball courts close and in walking distance. The decks are perfect and we roasted marshmallows at the fire pit. Plenty of things to do. We used door dash and enjoyed staying in. We will definitely book this condo again

Great place to stay

Location was great. House was immaculate, just as pictured. It had everything you could possibly need. Close to downtown, shopping, hiking yet out of the crowds. Amazing views. We loved sitting on the upper deck at night by the fire. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was perfectly located for us, was dog friendly but super clean. It has everything you need, plenty of beds for everyone and such a happy positive vibe! Cant wait to make this one of our favs and try to get it everytime we are down! Loved it! Great communication!

A great location with room for everyone!

The property was beyond our expectation. We traveled with 2 families, including 5 teenagers and pets. The large loft / bedroom worked great for the teens to have their own space yet be together. The outdoor patio with gas fire was great for winding down in the evening. The location worked great for day trips to Zion and Vegas. Definitely would highly recommend this rental.

I mainly booked this one because of the white, light colored furniture to go along with the bride theme. This place is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful. Couldn't have picked a better home for my daughter's wedding bridal suite.I would definitely rent this again next time for family vacation.

Our Vacation Happy Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the rental had to offer. The outdoor spaces were great, especially evenings enjoying the upstairs balcony with the firepit. We appreciated how well stocked the rental was with staples like toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry soaps, etc. Plenty of appliances, including a Keurig (new addition), towels, etc. Would definitely recommend. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to refresh the mattress and bedding in the downstairs master - the mattress was a bit soft and older so the sheets were much too big (didn’t stay in place) and the sheets, although clean, were showing some wear. Thanks again for a lovely rental. If we’re ever back in St George, this is definitely the first place we’ll look to rent.

It really was a happy place!!

We loved our stay! It was a great location for us and fit our family perfectly. It is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. We loved the pools and pickle-ball courts! The only complaint was that upon our arrival, there was some dog urine in a few spots on the carpet and rug that was fresh enough to smell. We reported it and management got right back to me with an apology. Other than that, the place was super clean and lovely. We were very happy!!

The rental property was top-notch, providing ample space and amenities for our family, while also accommodating our dog Mushie. The home had everything we needed for our stay. The only thing missing was a Keurig coffee maker, which would have taken the coffee experience to the next level. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and we look forward to returning on future trips to Utah to visit family.

The management and building owner went out of their way to drop off an ink cartridge for the printer as I had a needed a printer for work. They picked one up and dropped it off within a couple hours. It saved the day for me. Would definitely stay there again and hopefully for a much longer period of time. A great layout and location.

My Happy Place

Reviewer Comments: The Ledges "My Happy Place" was tucked away in a part of town which was enjoyable, being close to surrounding hiking areas and the taste of pies from Veyo. "My Happy Place" was beautifully decorated and a clean place to stay. However, I felt like the management kept an eagle eye on the place knowing perfectly well the comings and goings round about. The management was quick to let you know where you could or could not park and when you were in the wrong place. There were signs stating the facts but they came anyway and wasn't to kind about telling you to relocate the moment you arrived, even if you were allowed 30 minutes to unload. Management was difficult to reach in a timely manner when the thermostat and heater wasn't working upon our arrival. We spent one evening with NO heat because nobody would answer our calls. Eventually our call was received and a repair man came later the next day. I feel there are many other places to stay where you feel more welcome and less of a nascence. I particularly laughed when family arrived to venture on a hiking outing and while they waited in their cars waiting for us all to arrive the management was ready and willing to issues tickets for each vehicle while the drivers of each vehicle sat and waited for family members for only five minutes. Every time we returned home from a destination I felt like management was watching our every move.
