Dan and Kimber went above and beyond to help us when we had to reschedule our stay and golf due to a medical issue in the family. Our accommodations were perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. The community with the pool, golf and restaurant was convenient and delightful. We enjoyed golfing dining and visiting nearby National and State parks. Ledges was a great area for walking and riding our bikes. We enjoyed our trip and look forward to returning in the future.

Our condo was off the 18 fairway and directly across from the club house which made it very convenient to walking over for dinner. The hiking at Snow Canyon State Park, 10 minute drive from Ledges, was amazing and only an hour to Zion for some more great hiking. It is a place I would like to return to.

Reviewer Comments: we loved our stay. kitchen was well equipped. nice layout to unit. plenty of towels in great condition. beds comfortable. very clean and well taken care of. golf at three different courses. snow canyon. dinner at painted pony. trip to zion. all convenient and great. there was a mouse dropping on one of the lower bunks near the pillow, the bed closest to the door. we did not use that bedroom except for luggage and to dress in, but i did notice it and think you should address it. i left it there thinking the cleaning folks might address the issue but they might not even see it. if it was my home or responsibiltiy i would do something. such as get my husband to set traps!!! otherwise it was really great and we plan on coming back.

Beautiful property with some issues...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Stay on Course for 10 days in September. The location is great, just a few steps from the pool. It was nice to have no stairs, and although there was no upper deck, the back patio faced the golf course which was very quiet. The WIFI was very spotty and dropped out a number of times a day. The unit was beautiful, but unfortunately it did have quite a few deficiencies (dirty dishes/silverware in the cupboards, rusted out dishwasher racks, unusable frying pans, to name just a few) that should have been addressed before we arrived. I did inform Kimber of all the issues that we discovered and she was very apologetic and indicated that they would be dealt with for future renters. The pool was very quiet, but did require a clean with the skimmer net daily, as there were quite a few bugs in the water. (Not something you would have to do yourself at a resort hotel).St George is a short 10 minute drive away, which allowed us to go for dinner or breakfast when we did not feel like cooking. We did also go to the Fish Rock Grill on property for a nice lunch. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at The Ledges, and would definitely consider staying again.

The only things of note was the fridge which wobbled every time we opened it, my major complaint is that they required use to put the trash out on the curb the day before we left. I would have thought the $160.00 cleaning fee would include taking the trash out!!!!!! Come on guys!!!! the power went out the first morning. The TV was missing a remote which they were able to replace the following day.. the property was clean very nice, but I think it could’ve been closer to our golf courses and St. George
