The Haven is a brand new beautiful vacation rental with pickleball courts right in the complex! This unit is just a 45-minute drive to Zion and there are hiking and biking trails just outside! Come explore and feel free to use our 2 stand-up paddleboards!

The Haven lives up to its name! Enjoy this peaceful, relaxing, darling home. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV for your convenience. There is plenty of room to stretch out in the living room on the comfy sectional sofa. The dining room is lovely with 6 chairs at the table and 4 additional seating at the large granite counter bar of the kitchen. You can step out onto the porch and enjoy the fire table and comfy patio chairs with a grill for additional cooking options. The kitchen has all you need to prepare and serve your family meals, including a gas stove. The kitchen is bright and lovely with white cupboards, backsplash, and stainless steel appliances.

Nestled in the heart of the red rocks of Southern Utah, Escondido at Sienna Hills is one of St. George's newest and nicest communities! Enjoy all that this amazing community has to offer including a large pool, complete with a lazy river and tall waterslide. Two pickleball courts, nearby golf courses, hiking/biking trails, lake fun, and more await you when you stay in Escondido!

This property was perfect for our stay in Utah. The unit was beautiful, spacious and comfortable. It was located walking distance to pool without being too close to hear noise. It was well supplied with all you'd need for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay here we needed a house quick as our friend's were up the hill and this did not disappoint the pool was great as well we did encounter our pool key was deactivated but the pool manager let us in snyways they also give you picklr ball oaddkes and blowup paddle board's we didnt use them but they're there for your use will definitely use them again

Well appointed stay in a quiet neighborhood

The home was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable! The kitchen was very well stocked, and the knives were even sharp! The pool and pickle ball courts were a nice amenity to have so close by. All in all we had a very comfortable stay. Very responsive host. We would choose to rent here again.

Awesome house for couples weekend getaway!)

My wife and I stayed here with her cousin and her cousins husband and there was plenty of room for us all to be comfortable plus so much more. The four bathrooms makes it so nice along with the spacious bedrooms. Check in was simple and Red Rock was very informative about our stay! We did some local mountain biking and golf which this home was in the perfect location for. Nothing was too fary away! Thank you for the great stay!

Clean, new and beautiful

The property was clean and neat. The rooms are big, the living area is a little small if you have a large group. We had 4 people and it was fine, but if you had the max group size of 10, it would be a little tight. Check-in was easy, and they provided a lot of items for the stay. The kitchen was missing a couple of mixing bowls, and we couldn't get the dishwasher to work, but other than that, everything was in great condition. The toilet/shower room in the main floor bedroom is very small and you almost have to straddle the toilet to open/close the door while you are in there, but the closet and counter space are great sized. We thought there was a pool onsite since there was a pool key, but it was under construction, so we were disappointed. Once it is finished, the home is close to the pool and would be a great location for accessing the pool, but not having the noise of the pool. Overall, it was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves.

Great home that met our needs

We enjoyed our stay this weekend. We loved the home and how spacious each bedroom was. My husband was happy there was a portable fan to put my his bedside. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends and family.

A perfect location to visit Zion National Park and nearby attractions.

It was perfect 👍! More than we expected. You have thought about the most needed items to make our visit very comfortable. The rental was very clean and comfortable. All the comforts of home were available. Well worth the price. From checkin to check out was a breeze. You can see the owners have put a lot of thought into these vacation rentals. We will certainly be back. There is so much to see, ‘Utah is spectacular’. Great job!

Short little get away

There were 5 adults and 3 kids one infant. The home was perfect for our needs! It was clean, well stocked with towels, linens and had various small cooking appliances along with the beautiful chefs kitchen. We will be back for sure!

Great haven!

The beds were conformable and rooms were very spacious. Loved having enough bathrooms for everyone to get ready at the same time. Plenty of room for a large family. Our plans didn't allow us to try the pool or hot tub. Would definitely book again even though we had to cut it stay short due to a family emergency.

All the goods provided!

We stayed here to enjoy sand hollow and a bit of jeeping but we also enjoyed the pickle ball court and can’t wait to come back when the pool is finished! Paddle boards were also provided for the lake. House was new, clean and gorgeous.

Nice Property

This property fit our needs well. It was recently built. We never did find the pool, if there was one. It was not within the immediate vicinity of the property. If you are planning a trip to St. George, I would definitely recommend staying in the Washington Parkway area.

Zion and Bryce

A very good location for us to see both parks. Drove east through Zion then on to Bryce and west through Zion back to the house. Very beautiful scenery. The house was perfect for three couples on motorcycles. The garage was wonderful to have. Nice location and wonderful to hang out at in the evening.

Perfect Stay

This property was fantastic!! It was spotless and everything in the kitchen and bathrooms was so organized, even labeled as to know where to return them. There was ample space and everything that you would need to cook is available. Check in was a breeze. Only slight downfall was parking as our vehicle didn’t fit in the garage but it wasn’t a big deal. Would definitely stay here again!
