Golf trip

The VRBO is in a great location for our activities to play pickle ball and golfing. We have plenty of room for our 4 couples and the property is clean and well stocked. That was our 2nd year to the same property.

Had everything we needed and more! My family really enjoyed the stay. There was no gaming system as advertised, but plenty other amenities to the house! The small issues we encountered on arrival were promptly handled. Felt nice and homey. Those are my favorite rentals. I would stay here again.

We came to the area for a quick staycation and loved it so much! The house is beautiful and very clean. There are tons of beds and bathrooms! The hot tub was a bonus! We will be back for sure!

Perfect for Big Families or Small Groups

The home was perfect for our trip to Zion and Cedar City. There was plenty of space (two living room areas, one up stairs and one down stairs). Which is nice after a long day out and about. Every room had its own bathroom, plus an extra bathroom near the kitchen was a great for our group as well. There was 9 of us total with two small children. The house was clean, a great location, and well equipped with everything we needed, even a high chair.

Above and Beyond!

The house was clean, roomy and so close to the lake where we were boating. Everyone kept saying how the property management team had thought of everything and they really did. There was boat parking, kid dinnerware, plenty of rooms and bathrooms, it was super clean and overall amazing! The only thing I’d mention is that the community pool was pretty small and the splash pad was broken so when we tried to go swim, we felt like we were on top of people. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great space

Our family really enjoyed the space and amenities at this location. We loved the pool and private hot tub and the house had all that we needed for cooking and was decorated too cute. We loved all the bathrooms for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint would be the early checkout. Having a 10 am checkout was early considering the checkout/cleaning that was required. I rated the location a 4 star just because there isn’t a grocery store close by.

Terrible experience for our grandkids

The condo was under Repair’s which we were ok with but the splash pad and pool were closed which is the reason we picked this place for our grandkids. I reached out to the property managers a couple times they said they would look into it and that was that no compensation no nothing.
