This guest was a head scratcher for me. Guest stayed three months and had one concern (slow drain) that was quickly resolved. Two days before their fourth month stay began, we were emailed a long list of concerns/ desired improvements and a request for a partial refund, but to also continue their final month stay. Concerns anywhere from "someone is smoking outside" to "I have to use the kitchen garbage disposal for it to drain". As you can imagine we were completely stunned, but immediately offered to resolve issues within our control. Guest vehemently refused all offers to remedy concerns. We strive to provide comfort for all our guests and are bewildered by this guest.

Hi Richard, thank you for your review, I appreciate your concerns. The recliners work great, they just need to be plugged in. I have scheduled my handy man to come replace the faucet and my cleaning crew is going to try a different product to remove the black mark on the ceiling.
