「The property is not well maintained. It really needs a lick of paint and a good clean. The lady who looked after us was very helpful and kind, but the property is quite run down and needs a bit of work. Flaking paint and dirt on the internal doors to name a few areas. Also, be aware, the property is on the main road through Apalachicola and so there’s loud traffic noise throughout the night.」

「I really wanted to be able to leave a 5 star review for this property, however... We were traveling in from Naples and decided to book this place as we made our way back home. It looked like to perfect stop for us. My husband booked the room as I drove, and he proceeded to look for other stops along the way for us to visit. 「Rooms and building were nice. Great location. However, the hot water in room was not hot. Luke warm at best. We were there for 3 nights and only received 1 towel per person. No daily cleaning service that gives you more. There was only part of a toilet paper roll in room. No additional ones. Did not know that until we ran out. There was no blow dryer or iron in room. They need to do better.」
