“Everything was perfect. The location was ideal for us — only a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town, it’s close to all the action but far away enough to give you some peace and quiet. The staff was lovely, the room was huge, and all was very clean. Highly recommend staying here!”

“I cannot stress enough the overall experience that came with staying at this property. We were met at the gate with chilled towels, which are so nice to help cool down from the heat of Belize. They helped us get our luggage to our room. The rooms were beautiful! Bottled water in our room and then other snacks and beverages for purchase in the fridge. We were not able to get our phones to work to order food in, and the manager was more than happy to help us place our order. We did not go in……

“Manuel and Anna were the absolute best hosts. They picked us up from the ferry and took us on a tour of Belize City on the way to their home where the studio apartment is located. We stopped at the grocery store, purchased dinner from a local woman selling traditional food, and stopped at the liquor store near their home before checking in to the cutest, cleanest room. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in, the shower had great water pressure, and the breakfast the next day……

“Very clean and nicely appointed condo. Good if you’re on a budget with your family”

“This place is a DUMP !! False advertisement. Described on website as a deluxe 1 bedroom studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen overlooking the ocean. We got a very small one room crammed space. A queen sized bed which was 10 steps from the door, a dorm size fridge and small microwave on a table, 1 chair in the corner close to the bed, a rod to hang your clothes. No toiletries, towels or anything. When we inquired about the fully equipped kitchen they took us downstairs to an area that had……

“Our host was very welcoming. Spent extra time, explained everything about the area, gave a really good tour… definitely went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. We very much appreciated his time and kindness.”

“The host has a terrible attitude and is dishonest . I would not recommend this place to anyone. We (a family of three) booked this place for 2 nights. The host left us 1 washcloth. We asked for additional towels and had to go back and forth with him before he finally agreed to bring 3 more washcloths the following day. He finally showed up the following day with the towels and attempted to open the door without knocking . I opened the door, he handed me the towels without speaking. After we……
